Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower East Side, Manhattan

Nice apartment in a Spanish speaking area in New Jersey. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. It was a 23 min bus ride to get to New York City. The bus was a little unpredictable when it comes to timing, but was close by and easy to find. We had a good time.

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

The apartment is awesome. City views of NYC from the lounge room. Close to all the public transport you need. Zo & Paige were very communicative and friendly. Thank you for having us. Should we ever return to NYC/NJ we will definitely stay again.

The Brooklyn rental was so easily accessible to Manhattan, the M is very close. There are many walkable grocery and restaurants. The apartment is really functional and the small balcony is a nice touch. The beds are good, the hot water is plentiful and it looks exactly like the pictures!

Perfect in every way for a comfortable & convenient stay. The apartment is spacious, well lit, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities provided. The location is a 10 minute walk to 2nd Street Light Rail station which makes it really convenient to get to places. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe to walk. Loyda is a wonderful host. She was responsive and friendly. All the requests we made were promptly responded. Our stay was smooth and really comfortable thanks to her and her team. The place’s nightly rate is not exactly cheap but you get what you paid for. Great value for money, all things considered. Recommended for families or groups looking for an all-round great stay while you visit New Jersey and New York city!

This is a great deal. The place is very well kept, and the price is reasonable for the location. You have close access to the C and A trains so it's easy to get around the city. There is also bus service for the more immediate Brooklyn area. The bed is pretty comfortable especially for an AirBnB. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, and the bathroom had solid water pressure. I would recommend to anyone trying to stay in the area.

Nice accommodation, good connection to Manhatten and had everything you need for a short stay. Nestor was a great host, friendly good communication.

This place was really cozy from the walk in it felt like home I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future loved it !!

Travis‘s place was centrally located in Park slope, and a very quick walk to the subway station. We loved the area. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well stocked. Travis was attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Excellent communicators and the neighborhood is very safe and clean. The park close by is very nice and almost gives you a whole view of the city skyline. Would recommend to anyone and definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you!!!

We stayed in Gershon's house for our team trip and had an excellent time. The location is near public transport but also very quiet in the evening. Perfect to work from day time and then have direct connection with other parts of town. House is very nicely furnished and has all the amenities you could need. It is a challenge to find a good 3 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn and I'm so happy to have found this and be able to spend a week :)

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

Very clean and conveniently located apartment. Both the bed in the bedroom and the foldout were comfortable (the foldout is a little tricky to figure out: you have to pull the ottoman out and then incline the back of the couch, but it also nice to sit and watch tv with just the ottoman out). The space was clean and well laid out.

Of all the AirBnBs I've stayed in, Andres was the most amazing host. He provided tons of information about the area and even how to use the public transportation. We spent most of our time at Liberty State Park and it was easy to get there via the Light Rail. I'm not a city girl (nor is my family), so I wouldn't necessarily let my teen son walk down the street by himself, but we didn't run into any problems. The house was lovely inside and I think the king bed was amazing! I think we'll have to consider getting one like that for home! Andres provides so much, from information, toiletries, sheets and towels, and even laundry detergent. It was almost like staying in a hotel with all the amenities, but you got a whole house. When local events required us to check in earlier than expected ,Andres was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Andres and his home to those looking for a rental in the area.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Faisal’s place was not only immaculate but even more beautiful in person than the pictures (and the pictures were already giving). Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were more than enough for our group-everyone had space, and even the couch was cozy enough to knock out on. Faisal was a gem. Super responsive, kind, and really accommodating. You could tell he actually cares about his guests having a good experience. His check-in instructions were crystal clear- no confusion, no stress. We genuinely had no complaints…just a quick heads-up that there are quite a few stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind for folks with mobility concerns. But honestly, that was the only thing. Everything else was peaceful, beautifully kept, and exactly what we needed for our little getaway. If we get the chance, we’d 100% stay here again. Thank you, Faisal, for helping make our trip that much more special!

Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

Hi! We had a great experience at the Airbnb! The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the journal square is definitely a bonus! The place matched the photos and description. Both Divyanshi and Raja were very responsive!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

The hose was Cosy, we really enjoyed it! The hosts were nice and gave us good recommendations. Great place for a family or anyone looking for a save and peaceful surroundings, but still with a lot of stuff to do around and a great connection to New York

If you want to enjoy all that NYC has to offer but want to have safe, peaceful downtime in between all of that excitement, this is your place. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a nice living and kitchen allow you to relax and get away from the rush. Very peaceful residential street with easy in and out via a secured lobby. Subway is close also. Great place to unwind after a day/evening in the city!
