What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!

The place where the apartment is situated is wonderful, one of the best at lake Iseo, you can see the Monte Isola and the lake around anf and the mountains, even if it is rain and you can not be at the balcony. Angela and her husband meet us near the house, made us all the explanations about it and recommended the restourant. The place is comfortable and pleasant to stay in, with kitchen equipped with everything we needed, with free coffee and olive oil. We recomend this place and hope will stay there again.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Very nice house in a very well-maintained and safe complex with its own garage. Luca is a great host, was always available and always responded immediately. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. We definitely want to come back. Thank you also for the planted bamboo.

Maria's place was the perfect getaway! The cottage was lovely, just right for the four of us. The kitchen had all the utensils you need to cook. The outdoor space was beautiful and functional, lovely garden. The fireplace inside brought a lovely atmosphere and warmth in the evenings. Communication with Maria was easy, we also got to know Maria's family! There are nearby grocery stores in Foresto Sparso, and just a small distance drive to Iseo. Nearby hiking trails, so there's plenty to do! I can recommend Maria's place to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's accommodation! Everything was absolutely clean, lovingly furnished and incredibly cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We lacked nothing, every detail was really thought of. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, exactly what we needed. Thank you, Alessandro – we'd love to come back!

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Just stunning with amazing views from everywhere! Rosanna was great with communication and greeting us. There’s a beautiful restaurant a short walk away. The place was quiet. A stunning property - just idyllic!

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

We were warmly welcomed and always received an answer when we needed something. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. You can easily reach the city on foot, and the very nearby shopping center is definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed our stay/holiday with Sergio and Anna very, very much. We were personally welcomed with joy and this wonderful gesture started the holiday positively. The apartment, the tranquility and location, the fantastic view of the lake are simply wonderful and breathtaking. Anna and Sergio are absolutely relaxed and extremely friendly hosts. Our dog was also very welcome. Parzanica, with its nice and lovely inhabitants, is a beautiful experience, the "small" supermarket within walking distance and equipped with everything that is needed, from fresh bread to motor oil for the car. We can also highly recommend the trattoria (pizzeria bar), as friendly as it is very good. We will gladly come back and can only say thank you for this beautiful holiday.

A wonderful apartment with a spectacular view of Lake Iseo. Sabrina has been a good host, who has been available all the way through. The apartment was both charming and spotlessly clean. The only thing we missed was some kind of air conditioning or just a fan, as it could get quite hot.

We had 10 wonderful days in the house. We had a lot of traffic on the way there, so we arrived much later than planned, despite this we were warmly welcomed by Nicola's father. The communication with Nicola was always flawless and we received nice tips for the area. The house is, as has been mentioned many times, fantastic, with a view that is unparalleled. As if you are in a postcard, bizarrely beautiful. Despite many warnings, the road to the cottage was fine to drive and after a few turns back and forth you no longer turn your hand for it :). We'd love to come back soon!

Very pleasant stay, the images do not give the idea of the magnificent view that awaits those who will stay in the apartment because in reality it is even better. Alvaro's mother who welcomed us was exquisite giving us advice for everything we needed.

One of our best stays on Airbnb. Beautiful place and exceptional hosts. In front of the house, there is a table where you can eat a meal with a view of the lake. The apartment has everything you need. Hosts respond quickly to all questions and provide great recommendations for places in the area. There is also a parking space for the car in a closed garden with a remote control gate and a canopy so that the car does not have to stand in the sun. We will return there.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Nicola has definitely set the bar very high, from his communication to the cleanliness of the place. This has probably been the first place I’ve visited where I’ve not had to panic about something not being clean. The apartment itself was just like the pictures and in pristine condition. Surrounded by lovely scenic mountains and only a tram away from Bergamo centre. The tram and bus station are only a 5 minute walk away with connections to Bergamo central every 10-15 minutes. There is a lovely canal right outside, perfect for an evening walk. If you are planning a stay then hurry and book up here as I’m sure you will not be left disappointed.
