House holiday rentals in Loveland

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

We had our family reunion at this place. Ages 1-90 enjoyed gathering at this property.

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

We rented Ben’s house for family that traveled to Cincinnati to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean and I loved how bright and airy the home felt throughout. The pool was the favorite. Everyone enjoyed daily swims. I didn’t personally stay at the house as it was for family. But I did visit and found it to be a beautiful updated home.

This place was a wonderful find. It was plenty large for our needs and located perfectly. There were no issues with anything at this property. It is immaculate - like new. We didn’t use the deck and backyard because we were too busy but it is a nice place. We had some communications with the host and received responses very quickly (no problems just communications). Additionally, it was extremely close to Shaker Run Golf Course which has excellent food. We would definitely stay there again.

Drew’s River House was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. Immaculate on the inside and peaceful setting outside on the river. The playroom was awesome! Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping, downtown Loveland and the Little Miami Bike Trail. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I was in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. I had two guests with me during my stay, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. The amenities were clean and the check-in/check-out was easy and worked well with our schedule. This home is definitely on my wishlist for the next time I'm in the area.

What a great experience our family had at this rental and our first Airbnb experience. Everything was great and we were all (2 adults 2 kids (9 and 2 yo)) were comfortable. Great location and great stay in Lebanon, OH Def will come back!

Great home! We stayed here for over a month and the house is great for an extend stay near everything in the area.

Older home completely remodeled. Small space that has everything you need. Lots of quality extras provided by host such as trash bags, paper towels, hand soaps, dish washing & cleaning supplies, etc. They have the best bath towels and bed linens! All the beds were sturdy with quality mattresses. The washer & dryer are full sized and work great. If you are visiting during a hot month, I would suggest bringing a few fans as the 2 bedrooms upstairs & the bedroom downstairs will be hot. Main house stays cool. The driveway is a single car driveway on a down hill slate if you have a low sitting mini van you will scrap the bottom every time. Limited street parking in front of home. Our trip was for a sports tournament and team Kings Island day. The home is 11 mins from Kings Island, 4 mins from restaurants & shopping, and 20 mins from the sports venue! The host Sun was quick to respond to any communications and quickly resolved any issues. It was a great experience!

House was as advertised and a great rental for the price. It was clean and quiet and away from the city. However, Cincinnati was just a short drive when we wanted to venture out! Jennifer was responsive and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat!

Such a darling home in a great little neighborhood. We were here for a family reunion and spent our days at my sister's house in Madeira. This sweet home was just 12 minutes down the road. We spent our nights at the house and mornings having coffee on the porch. Thanks again, we will be back!

This was a great stay for my mom and I while we swapped kids for the summer. We wanted something that felt comfortable and relaxing since we had several days planned at Kings Island with our nearby family. This was perfect! Close to so much, yet tucked away and sooo cozy inside. One of my best rested jouneys I have had in a while. Thank you for being such an accommodating host!

Marcy is a great host. She was super proactive and let us know what was amhappening with the house right away before we even left home. She kept us informed all along the way. House is just as described and worked very well for our family of six. Only issue we had is what kid got to sleep on what bunk bed. Great assortment of games and toys for the kiddos to engage at all of our age ranges. The entire family loved the place. Thanks Marcy for a great stay!!

We had a great time at Kricket's! Brought a group down for Kings Island and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is gorgeous, with tons of space, and Kricket and co. went above and beyond with accomodations. We would definitely visit again!

I stayed here with my semi-professional volleyball team and it was a great fit. We all had enough space to stay comfortably. Reshma was a phenomenal host and was always providing helpful instructions and checking in. If you’re looking for a cozy, perfect home, this is your place!!!!

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

We enjoyed our stay in Matt’s place. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit. The house is close to a grocery store, food and Luckman’s coffee. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice and friendly. We would stay here again.

Our family was in town from many different states (and countries). This was a perfect location for our family to gather to celebrate our high school graduate. The house was so spacious and provided the perfect amount of entertainment for the kids as well. We loved the games and game room for sure. We would no doubt stay again when back in the area. Great place with a ton to do. We enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub, sitting around the fire, and the peaceful surroundings. Close enough to go into Cincinnati or plenty to do in the area without going into the city. Glenn and Rita made us feel right at home. We could not have asked for anything more for our few days away. Would 1000% recommend the location and hosts and would return in a heartbeat.
