In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It's a little cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! A big thank you and we'll be back!

A peaceful haven to recharge and enjoy the impeccable accommodation with the pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for a relaxing moment with a view of nature. Morning coffee will no longer taste the same.

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury with 13 people, among friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, table tennis... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb seating area. Amaury was an available, discreet, attentive, and always responsive host to our requests. We leave with wonderful memories and will not hesitate to come back! A big thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

Excellent and very clean accommodation with beautiful garden and swimming pool! Pillows for the hard indoor and garden chairs would have made the stay just a little more comfortable! Excellent destination for those who love tranquility!

This was an extremely clean home on a beautiful property. The hosts were great very friendly and responsive. This was my first time traveling to France and it made for a great experience.

Excellent stay in Christine's house, who will welcome you warmly. Large living room and a bedroom with air conditioning which is a significant plus in case of high heat. Large spacious walk-in shower.

A perfect friendly house for a family stay! The two bright bedrooms, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. (a pancake pan and a large salad bowl would be great). The location is ideal, close to shops and nice walks. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend it! 😊🏡"

Memorable stay spent with cousins. The setting was relaxing. A moment suspended in time with a view that allowed us to escape the tumult of everyday life. Pierre was a warm and very welcoming host. He recommended us very good places and was easy to reach. It feels like home. Small aside: the sunrise is breathtaking. A bike path is accessible if you want to run nearby :)

Nathalie and Stephane’s guesthouse was perfect for our trip to visit the Monet gardens and surrounding area. The design is modern and cozy, and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. Nathalie and Stephane are wonderful hosts too and went out of their way to make our stay special - they recommended a lovely walk nearby along a creek and invited our son to play in their backyard. It felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay with them again if we come back to the area!

Very pleasant stay, David is attentive and responsive to requests other than those offered by the accommodation. ""decorated Christmas tree, addition of tables and benches" I really had a pleasant stay.

The accommodation offered is very pleasant, quiet and beautifully decorated. Léa and her family were not present and we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden for ourselves. Communication with Léa was very friendly, she was very welcoming. Thank you for everything, we will certainly come back with pleasure.

We had a very nice stay with Hélène and Étienne. Both are warm hosts and gave us valuable tips for sightseeing. The accommodation is private with its own small garden and very quiet. In Acquigny you can enjoy the original, French country life... before you can plunge into the hustle and bustle of Monet's garden in Giverny ;-). Clear recommendation!

This is one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was immaculate. To sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by and listen to the amazing birdsong was one of the highlights of the holiday. The house is lovely, very comfortable with everything you could need. Marie Gabrielle was more than helpful and very patient with our late arrival! We would definitely come back.

We had a very good weekend in Dominique's charming house. Comfortable with its beautiful garden which we fully enjoyed. The environment is very quiet. Within walking distance of beautiful walks to discover this pretty Iton Valley. We thank Dominique and her husband for their very friendly welcome, their advice and their discretion. Thank you for the small, much appreciated touches for the first breakfast. 😉 We'll be back!
