We stayed 3 nights to visit the surroundings a bit and our stay was really pleasant! Efi waited for us with fresh fruit, fresh water in the fridge and everything we needed for breakfast the next day! We ate in his tavern, he lets you into the kitchen as if you were at home, the food is very good! We were with the dog and Efi was offered to look after him if needed during our day visits, there was no need but still thank you! The house has a beautiful garden, but you can also freely wander around its vineyard and anywhere on the property. Everything is simple but very clean! When we left, she prepared a container with her fresh fruit for the trip. It felt like leaving relatives. Thanks Efi for everything, hospitality, food, the wonderful apricots, and a greeting to Teo and Bella who greeted us every day!

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

A large, convenient, well appointed space. Hosts of incomparable kindness and very helpful! They did everything to make the accommodation available on the requested date, they were accommodating and very welcoming! A home with lots of inclusions: emptying bags, toilet paper, soap, bedding and towels in quantity, some kitchen products, in short very convenient and appreciated! Reserved parking and a very large balcony! I really love this place! It's set back from town, beach, and shops, so it requires a car to get around! I would definitely recommend this home!

If you’re looking for a lovely, comfy home away from home, this is the right place. It’s simple and easy and clean. The host is the best. She’s responsive and friendly and generous! It’s not flashy but you feel as if this is where you live or this is where you could live! The town is near other beautiful towns and has an ease to it that’s warm and inviting. Definitely recommend… enjoy!

We loved to drink our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening on the small balcony. We will miss the sound of the sea. Always happy to come back.

We had an excellent stay here. Really easy to find where to pick up keys. Leonidas was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, the outside area was amazing!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

The host were incredibly responsive! Home and surrounding were absolutely beautiful! There were so many amenities and we felt right at home! I would highly recommend it!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.

The house exceeded our expectations! A house that has everything you need to spend a carefree holiday. It is in a nice location with a lot of quiet and a great view. The hosts are kind people, willing to help you with anything you need. The must of the accommodation is the sports activities for young and old. I highly recommend it !

Almost room is a very nice apartment right in the center of loutraki, one minute walk from the sea. Anastasia is a great hostess making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Extraordinary accommodation, facing the sea, a lot of charm, practical, everything is well thoughtfully done and the owners are just charming. A peaceful oasis!

We stayed at the Gospel's place for the 2nd time, we were very satisfied. The apartment is 1 minute from the wonderful beach with azure water and mountain views. The apartment is equipped with all necessary necessary things, felt at home. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

We rent this apartment at first time and we totally adore it. There is everything for comfortable living, including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. We liked the balcony very much and the view from there … But the main is the distance to the sea- really 5 min, that was very important with children. Shops, restaurants, cafes, beach , the center of the city are really very close. Ioanna her mother Katerina are very good and pleasant people. They were always ready to help us and answered very quickly. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends because it was cosy, comfortable and lovely.

A home full of coziness, that immediately made us feel at home. Clean, beautifully maintained and with a sweet, old Greek feel. Mikel was an impeccable host! Despite the last minute booking, she greeted us and took care of every detail of our stay. We would choose it again without a second thought!

Me, my wife and our dog felt at home in this lovely small but fully functional house. We booked for a whole month and a week before our scheduled departure we really felt like lenghtening our stay, that lovely it was! Fortunately, we could book for three more nights, but another month and I think still wouldn't have been enough! So, down to earth. We had mid May till mid June. The weather was great, mild sun and we could hit the beach every day. The house is in the countryside, in a quaint small village with warm hearted people, but by car you have 12 minutes to the nearest beach in Nea Epidavros, 18 minutes to Archea Epidavros and 40 minutes to Nafplio Karathones beach. The Nafplio one was our best choice, sandy and cristal clear water, but even the two home beaches were top notch (restaurants, beach bar, parking). Everywhere, the views were magnificent. Very beautiful apartment! Spotless space with very good layout. It's not even 1 minute from the beach and the shops, which worked incredibly for us! The host is incredibly kind and friendly to us! I highly recommend the apartment, we will definitely prefer it again when we visit Loutraki again!

Great location for me, easy to get to, first time driving in Greece. This place was easy to find and lovely family running. Unfortunately had to leave early in the morning but next time I’ll take that glass of fresh orange! Thank you
