Albert's apartment is very comfy, clean, quite new and modern. A very nice place to spend your holidays. It is really close to the the beach, quite and cozy. Albert is a very nice guy, discreet and is there for anything you need. The apartment is provided with a lot more than the basic facilities. From the rare cases of accommodation! THE EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY! Great room, great host, and Joanna! First time I arrived on my mobile phone a FULL and detailed guide for both the room (operation, etc.) and the surrounding area. He even had delivery phones! As for the room, the private pool as well as the whole space, fragrant towels, bathrobes and sheets, automation in kitchen and bathroom, with excellent taste made of the interior. Value for money and more! 5 out of 5 with tuna! Well done again!!!!

Everything was great. The house is nice, new and with a big yard. The house is 3 minutes walking from the beach, and 10 minutes by the car from many nice places, restaurants and beaches.

The maisonette suited us very well and we would happily book again. The layout is quirky: 3 floors with the main living area and balcony in the middle. Overall there is a lot of space but we found ourselves climbing up and down stairs all the time. We both banged our heads on the bathroom doorway and also the bathroom ceiling. This is not a place for very tall people. The balcony is lovely and the views are amazing. Good parking also.

Very beautiful place, beautifully decorated, amazing garden for play. All very clean and tidy. Hosts will make you feel like your friends are hosting you. They are ready to help you with anything you need and offer you fruit, wine, soft drinks, juices, food and anything else you wish for. A very beautiful space for families with very warm and hospitable hosts.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable with terrace and air conditioning in all rooms. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is conveniently close to restaurants. The parking is right here next to the house. In short, it is a good relaxing beach getaway.

What a great experience ! We stayed at the Saronic Villa with 2 families, and we are already planning the next time! The villa is on the beach, with a private exit to the beach that was only ours. The pool is lovely and right next to the beach, which greatly enhances the experience. There are many cute corners in the yard and the children didn't stopped playing and laughing in the yard. The villa was clean, and the host staff were amazing, they welcome us and answered every question we had. Thank you very much for a wonderful family experience.

The cottage is magnificent. When entering through the large gate the first thing you see is a beautiful garden, many cute and cozy sitting areas, a clean and gigantic pool, well-thought out lighting around the garden on long summer evenings, a cozy outside kitchen/barbecue hut and a large covered balcony/veranda, both containing a large table and chairs. No matter if sunny or raining, we had all our meals outside with a beautiful view over the bay. The cottage itself was clean, tidy, fully equipped and had everything we needed, even a pool table. Our host was very kind and quickly helped us when we had questions or needed anything. I would recommend this accommodation to my best friends.

Hosting was above and beyond. The apartment is clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. Really feel at home. Perfect with children. The well maintained garden made the eyes pleasant and the children enjoyed running and playing in it. Kostas is available and quickly answered all our questions prior to arrival. We asked to change the form of sleeping arrangement for the children and he immediately arranged and took care of everything. In the fridge there were treats that made the entrance to the apartment homey. The apartment is in a quiet area, 1 minute drive from the main street where there is everything, mini market, restaurants, shops. Kostas lives in close proximity to the apartment but his presence was not felt at all, gave complete privacy. On the other hand, everything we asked for, helped immediately and with a smile. Kostas explained about the area and what to do with children, we discovered a conversationalist who was fun to talk to. His presence was undoubtedly part of our good experience there. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I had a great experience, and a fully equipped and clean villa, there are all the things described in the apartment, the communication worked superbly, we would definitely love to come back here again.

The stay at Paul's accommodation was really great! A very quiet, idyllic area. Very private and the perfect place for a getaway. The house was exactly as described, very cozy and we immediately felt at home. It was fantastic!

Amazing villa extremely calm and private, amazing hospitality, huge terraces and spaces, the most beautiful view and lastly the best swimming pool to swim and relax due to its sea water. This is one of the few occasions that photographs in the site are not as good as reality. I recommend it 100% to anyone who wants to have quality, relaxing time.

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

The sea is very close. Quick responses from the host. A lovely, spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment with a large terrace. What was important for us – parking right on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimisoo Room! The place was clean and exactly as described. Very cute. The host was kind and greeted us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for us, central, yet peaceful (we had a car), and right across the street there’s a super cute bar where you can grab a great coffee or a drink and soak in the local vibe. It was such a pleasant surprise! We truly enjoyed our time here, and so did our dog, who felt just as welcome as we did. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

We had a really nice time at Giorgia's place. It is just like on the photos: cute, modern, spotless clean and has everything you might need during your stay. It is located in a fantastic location, only 50 steps from the sea, super close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Giorgia is a really polite and friendly host, the communication was smooth. If we come back to Loutraki, we will book this place again :) Please keep in mind that there is an extra charge for the environmental fee of €8 per night payable on spot and you receive the payment receipt. The host mentions that in the house rules. I don't know if in the future this will be incorporated in the final Airbnb fee, but you can always check that with the host before booking.
