Walk to lake well placed to explore Lough Derg and nearby towns. very nice restaurant and pubs , pizzeria, local shop for necessities free rolls filled. Main bed room has on suit and a walk-i wardrobe. Wi-Fi is super fast fibre. tv has all free to air channels. separate utility room ..PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A PAY AS YOU GO ELECTRICITY METER.HOPEFULLY IN WARM WEATHER THIS WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE .BUT WILL NEED TOPPING UP .
