Clifden Farmhouse is in a fantastic location in the peaceful Connemara countryside with unbeatable views of the 12 Bens yet only a 7 min walk to Clifden town center with its wonderful restaurants and bars and easy access to the many stunning beaches. Mary, the host, has been hosting guests in her home for over 20 years but has only recently joined AirBNB and is keen to welcome back guests. From our fantastic new guest suite you will have stunning panoramic views of the ocean. It is situated on a quiet road between the picturesque village of Doolin and the magnificent Cliffs of Moher. The room has its own PRIVATE entrance, with a large en suite bathroom. It has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast is also included.

Our house is located on top of the cliff (but a safe 80m from the edge!) overlooking Liscannor Bay, 1 km south of Hags Head where the trailhead for the Cliffs of Moher Coastal walk begins. I am the fifth generation of our family who has the privilege of living in this Wild Atlantic Outpost. I am happy to share our home and our history with you.

4 bedroom suite in centre of Doolin village.

The Lodge is in the centre of Doolin village within walking distance of all pubs, shops and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for families, or for groups of friends travelling together. You have the added comfort of being in the surrounds of the Lodge with access to reception, breakfast dining room and on site staff to meet your needs and help with planning your trips. We also offer a laundry service. Breakfast is available from 8-10am from Easter until October and must be pre booked.

Private rooms and bathroom available in my home Double bedroom for 1-2 people with a dedicated private bathroom. If your group is 3-4 people a second room is available for your group only otherwise remains unoccupied. My home is a 10 minute scenic walk (1km) to the beautiful town of Oughterard. It is located in the midst of the famous Western way on the door step to the magnificent Lough Corrib. Please note no kitchen / cooking facilities are available. I have two pet dogs

To wake up on the wild Atlantic way, looking out across the Atlantic ocean and the Aran Islands, is the best way to wake up and take on the day! Our guest room has beautiful unspoilt views of the Atlantic where you can watch the waves crash against the coastline and if you are lucky enough you might even see some dolphins! Our room has its own Private entrance and large private bathroom. We provide a mini fridge, Tea and coffee making facilities.

Own car ESSENTIAL (not suitable for cyclists/pedestrians as no public transport nearby. It takes nearly 2 hrs to walk from Doolin or Lahinch) Minimum 2 nights stay. Apologies, no children or dogs. One of 3 rented rooms in our home. Single bunk beds in private room. Shared kitchen, Sitting room and bathroom. 10 minutes drive to Doolin, Lahinch, the Burren National Park and the Cliffs of Moher. Continental breakfast included.
