Cozy little spot right on the lake. The Buzzard Roost rd is definitely not the best but it is doable in a small SUV. The master bedroom is a little tight but is still a great spot to sleep. It was also nice how close it was to the main highway that runs through Spring City.

The house was excellent and there were no negatives about it. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the location was awesome. Hope was quick to respond to our messages and everything went well. Watts Bar Lake was an incredible lake and there are great locations like Burgess Falls that are within a 1.5 hour drive. We had decided to split our vacation between Watts Bar Lake in Spring City and Lake Nantahala in North Carolina (one of our favorite places) but if we could have made changes we would have stayed the entire time in Spring City. We definitely want to visit the lake again and would use Hope's rental again.

We enjoyed our stay at mama’s place it was so relaxing and enjoyable it was our 36 anniversary we did a quick get away to do a little fishing! Enjoyed swinging on the porch and enjoying the scenery. My bridal party stayed and it was everything we could have imagined. Everyone felt right at home and there were plenty of beds available to accommodate 12 people. I felt like no one was crammed and we were able to get all of my bridal hair and makeup done for everyone! The place was amazing thank you once again for letting us stay there

Of course! Here’s a polished Airbnb review you could use: Our stay at this beautiful lake house was absolutely perfect in every way! We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the hosts went above and beyond to make it special — even surprising us with birthday balloons. The setting was stunning, with a gorgeous view of the lake, visits from friendly groundhogs, and the ability to bring our dogs, who had the best time. We loved kayaking on the peaceful water, relaxing on the spacious back deck, and cozying up by the fire pit in the evenings. The interior was newly updated with classy, tasteful decor and had every amenity we could have possibly needed — and more. When we asked about binoculars to better enjoy the view, the hosts thoughtfully provided a pair for us. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything so easy and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate or a more thoughtful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, clean home in a great scenic spot, right on the river. Plenty of parking, kitchen supplies, and household items. Fire pit and swing set were a wonderful surprise. Short drive to grocery and other stores.

John is an incredible host. He is friendly and available if you should ever need him. The accommodations are great. Cozy, clean with eveything you need plus some. His place is right on the lake with beautiful views. You can walk down to the water and swim if you want. He has two beautiful dogs that are so friendly and fun to play with. My husband and I usually don’t return to the same Airbnb twice since we love exploring new places, but this one changed that. There’s something truly special about this stay that made us come back. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed to unwind. We’re so glad we chose this place to enjoy our time off, and we’ll definitely be back again!

My second time staying with JoAnn and it was just as delightful as my first time. I absolutely love her location and her beautiful home. JoAnn is such a sweet and friendly young lady. Very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home and like you have always known her. Her house is immaculate. Never hear any noise. Such a peaceful place. The bed is so comfortable and relaxing. I slept the best I have in a long time. I was very busy the entire weekend with events I had planned in nearby towns but looking forward to being able to come and stay and not have any plans except to relax and enjoying the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You will be glad you came.

This place had a lot more room than expected with the downstairs area. Spacious bedrooms and the extra space downstairs is perfect for large families. Very convenient location, felt very private even connected on one side. Views of lake were peaceful. Elizabeth was friendly and returned calls almost immediately. Very responsive on AirBnB messages.

We were there for UT orientation. It's close to campus and downtown. We had a little difficulty finding it the first time but that's mostly because of one way streets and not being accustomed to the city. Once we found it it was very easy. Good parking and great location.

Jodie was amazing. The cleanliness and broken fridge, broken bed and broken TV was out of her control due to the prior guests. She informed me before hand and I was aware and it didn't make our stay any less amazing. The view is great and the condo is Beautiful and updated. I will stay at Jodies place again in the future.

We stayed at Scott’s place and everything was excellent. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Sleeping arrangements were also perfectly fine. There were dishes available. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of all the main attractions. Scott did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Earplugs were also provided, as there are highways nearby and it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, we had a great time. If fate brings us back to Knoxville, we’ll definitely stay at Scott’s place again.
