Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Loudon County

Such a cute place, and beautiful scenery. Came down from Chicago for my daughter’s graduation and could not have picked a better spot! Now I want to go back to just visit.

Paul’s cabin is very well appointed and spectacularly clean. There are some good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Spent time fishing, boating, building campfires and relaxing in the hot tub. Great weekend - everyone enjoyed it.

This was our most tranquil and peaceful stay. We enjoyed the screened in back deck. Quiet neighborhood and friendly host and neighbors. Pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Very serene. Highly recommend to all looking for the perfect getaway.

Rene's home in Tellico Village was one of the best rental experiences I've had over 20 years of renting . There's a reason for all of the high ratings Rene and his home receives. He was very proactive to all of my questions prior to the trip and responded within minutes. The description of the home and the photos were accurate. The furniture and the beds are comfortable and there are multiple TV's for multiple family members to enjoy. The bathrooms were spotless as was the rest of the house. The home is centrally located within Tellico Village and is minutes from Toqua and Tanasi golf courses, the Blue Heron Restaurant at the yacht club, the Marathon gas station and the Food LIon for groceries. Lenoir City is only 15 minutes away. Rene provides all of the little things as well: a computer screen in the kitchen that rotates through helpful reminders, things to do and restaurants to visit. The Keurig with K-Cups was a welcome treat for morning coffee. I highly recommend Rene's home.

Killian's View was a beautiful, secluded getaway spot. It was very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife and gorgeous views. If you are looking to get away from the hustle of everyday life, this is the place! The trail down to the lake is a workout, but it's worth it when you are out on the dock. The dock is large and comfortable. If you want to lie out and get a tan, both the dock and the back deck are great spots for that! The house is bright, calming, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could need!

The house was perfect for my family. We felt at home. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We enjoyed the private screened in patio room. We saw a deer eating the flowers close by. It was very relaxing. The carport was great to load and unload out of the sun or rain.

Great place very close to the water, went fishing several times with my grandson. Clean, neat, very well equipped and very quiet location... Especially nice fresh loaf of pumpkin bread and lots of snacks upon arrival. Cindy reached out to me, gave me her phone number in case I needed anything or had questions. I plan on using again when I am in the area !!!

this was the perfect place to rest our head and wash up in between being with family. It's a very cute studio. If I had to be nit picky maybe I'd ask for a curtain on the entrance door window. It's mirrored glass, but I just get freaked out easily at night lol. But it was a perfect stay and Vince was so kind to us❤️. (we even got a pretty view of some deer out back😍)

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

We absolutely loved Beverly’s place. She’s an awesome host and was able to welcome even late at night. Such a lovely person. The place was spotless and so cozy. If we ever come to Knoxville again we are definitely staying with her again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Such a nice cute cottage. We loved our stay there. We could only stay for a night and I wished we could stay longer. Her place is very clean ( I am a clean freak) and the bathroom is super large and beautiful. Landscape is beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely want to come back.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

I’ve stayed here in the past and things have really turned around for the better. Impressed with this Airbnb and the cleanliness. Great temperature upon arrival.

For me cleanliness is most important and the place was clean. All the appliances were very clean, even the toaster. I liked the fact that they even left a new clean sponge for doing dishes. They also had nice personal touches like, free coffee and some muffin mix to make for breakfast. It was also a very good location and the description was accurate. The host was responsive, I only had a problem once which was my fault when I extended my stay. When I called, they quickly assisted me. The internet was great and the TV channel selections optimal. Also having the laundry right there was a plus. The place was comfortable enough though I would make this comment. There was no kitchen table, no desk to work and no drawers in the bedroom. The coffee table was immovable and not comfortable eating or working on itI So though I would not recommend for a family, but for a person who is just needing a place to stay to go to work or check out Knoxville, it was very nice. I liked it.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

Great location and space. It is a 5 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants, and a short walk downtown. The apartment felt huge, with a great kitchen and bathrooms. Julie was proactive, responsive, and a really great host. Would absolutely stay again!

The suite was perfect and Mike was a wonderful host. If I ever need to be in Knoxville again this place will be my first choice!

Great experience. 👍 From the very beginning, David was very proactive and answered all questions immediately. He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . We stayed at Scott’s place and everything was excellent. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Sleeping arrangements were also perfectly fine. There were dishes available. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of all the main attractions. Scott did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Earplugs were also provided, as there are highways nearby and it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, we had a great time. If fate brings us back to Knoxville, we’ll definitely stay at Scott’s place again.

A very comfortable and accommodating place. We love that there were snacks and coffee available. Furniture and carpet was clean and plenty of dishes and everything else you could think of. Definitely would stay here again if we were in Knoxville. Bernetta was great to work with, and she was always prompt in her responses. Thank you.
