Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. Delightful apartment, comfortable and bright, with large vaulted ceilings and terrace overlooking the main square of the village. Located on the first floor of a 17th century building of great architectural and historical value, it has recently been restored. The neighbourhood is safe, clean, rich in monuments and with all the amenities within a few minutes’ walk: restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, supermarkets, shops, tourist office. In a great position to visit Orosei and its beaches.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, that can become a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen dining room and a nice veranda with colorful flowers. From January 2025, the Municipality of Baunei requires the payment of a tourist tax at check-in: 1€ per day, per person, for a maximum of 7 days.
