Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

We had a beautiful stay at this place. It was perfect for a group of friends wanting to explore parts of Cornwall. The place was spacious and airy, and we had a great time using the hot tub! The place was tidy and it was a very comfortable stay. Connor was very responsive and helpful, and gave clear instructions and was always there to answer. The place was very near to Eden Project, just 15 minute drive and other places with spectacular beaches and small coastal towns. We would highly recommend!

We had a great week here as a group of eight friends. The house is in a fantastic location, very spacious, with lovely modern bathrooms and excellent towels. The welcome treat of scones, jam, and clotted cream was a really thoughtful touch – thank you! Faye and Mike are very welcoming - Communication was great and a maintenance issue was sorted quickly, which we really appreciated. A few small points: the double beds are quite small for non-couples to share, and some of the pans need replacing as they’re quite worn. Overall, a lovely stay in a great house – we'd be happy to return!

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

Lovely 4 night stay in very comfortable accommodation. We had everything we could of needed and more. Lis is a very pleasant host and was readily available if needed. Great place for exploring that area of Cornwall 😊😊

Sarah has been an excellent host in every way. The boathouse itself is beautiful and extremely quiet being left in total peace. Our dog loved it and felt like he was at home! The drive through the narrow roads to get to the secluded location is worth it!

Just got home after a 4 day stay at The Wheatstore and am jumping on the 5 star review bandwagon. Just the loveliest of stays, beautiful accommodation that felt just like home. A 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to Polzeath beach. Clare & Mike are lovely people and happy to help if you need anything. Will definitely be back. Our new home from home 🥰

As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

We absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's place! The loft was very spacious, extremely comfy, and well-equipped. A parking spot is provided. Charlotte lives on the property as do her two sweet pups and some very sociable chickens who tended to greet us when we walked to our car each morning. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful, but a quick drive to the center of Falmouth where there are lots of shops and wonderful restaurants. Trebah garden is only a few minutes away by car and is outstanding. Charlotte is very kind and welcoming, and a super responsive host. We couldn't have asked for anything more and truly enjoyed our stay at the loft. I highly recommend renting this property.

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

Perfectly situated and a beautiful place to stay. Claire responded really fast with any queries I had. The apartment is gorgeous! I felt relaxed and like I was at home. The apartment has everything anyone would need for a perfect stay. I found some lovely local shops and have bought a few things to remind me of my visit. First impressions of the resort were very disappointing. The so called bungalows near the car park were shabby, some looked to be abandoned and derelict. Our spirits continued to be dampened as we walked up through the resort towards Sandy Toes but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Sandy Toes was in our opinion the best villa/chalet on the resort. The outside was well looked after and had obviously been updated. The decking was great and enabled us to let the dogs wander around freely. Inside continued to impress. It had everything we needed, very well equipped, clean and spotlessly tidy. All bedding was well laundered and the beds themselves were comfortable. The only negatives were there was damp smell in the bathroom, this was more noticeable in the morning or when returning to the villa, oh and we struggled to tune the TV channels but I guess that could be down to user error! Thanks Louise for making sure we had everything we needed for our week away.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the welcoming touches – including three bottles of wine that set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, not just with all the essential utensils and appliances, but even stocked with some food items – a rare and thoughtful detail that made cooking a pleasure. Every corner of the villa is beautifully decorated, with stylish bedrooms and elegant dining areas that make you feel right at home. The highlight, though, has to be the stunning garden – a peaceful haven complete with comfortable garden furniture, hammocks, a garden cot with bedding, a grill, a cozy fireplace, and even a camping fire setup perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated and a pleasure to spend time in. It is also huge so lots of space to make yourself at home. All appliances, white goods etc in perfect working order and all furniture comfortable and tidy, linens and towels very clean etc. The house throughout was very clean. Parking permits available on arrival so very easy and we had no issues with parking during our week long stay. Easy to walk to the seafront, shopping mall, aquarium etc and we enjoyed the walks. Very small asks would be to provide more dinner plates, side plates and bowls. As a family of 5 we went through everything in a day but it’s not enough to fill the dishwasher so no break from washing up on hols! A few basics like salt, pepper, oil would be welcomed to help with home cooking. As I said very small asks. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home away from home for anyone travelling to Plymouth.

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

Very friendly and great communication. Spacious bedrooms that are clean and tidy and are well glazed to minimise traffic noise from the main road. The property is situated near loads of amenities in Plymouth and was easy and quick to get to. The views from the rooms were lovely, tranquil and ever changing with the tide and weather. Just be mindful that to get those views there are loads of steps! There are binoculars in the main bedroom to spot wildlife when the tide is out. There aren’t any bins in the bedrooms or bathroom so had to use my dogs unused poo bags so be prepared. There is a lay-by for locals parking (3 cars) which is straight off the busy main road. I couldn’t park at the back of the property as my SUV was too big to get the right angle to park (as it’s a fairly busy narrow lane) so if you have a small-ish car you’ll be fine. Overall a lovely bungalow to base yourself in Plymouth but just be prepared for the steps and parking.
