Villa Sebaldi: Pure summer fun

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. The 7 mountain bikes are available free of charge.

Dingelberghof offers tranquility and relaxation, where deer often wander into the open garden. Despite the peaceful setting, it’s just one hour from Vienna Central Station, with good rail and road connections. The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
