We only spent one night and it was good; clean accommodation; comfortable bedding; pizzeria and supermarket at the foot of the building; heating but it doesn't heat up much (you can feel the outside air through the front door);

Beautiful, cozy place. From the decoration of each space to the common rooms of the building, it is attractive for both adults and children. Getting there on foot is a bit complicated due to the location, but by car or Uber it is very easy to get there. The details, appliances, beds and space, the views of the volcano and the ocean, made our stay an excellent experience! The hosts' attention gave us support and help when we needed it, as well as the kindness of the concierges. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended! We recommend the place!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was something I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

Milah is a great hostess. She makes the extra effort to make sure that breakfast is different every day. My room was perfectly arranged so that I could work properly -- she moved in a desk and really comfortable chair. We had great conversations as well. Truly a wonderful stay with her and Angel and Cappi.

The house is beautiful, very good taste decorated and very comfortable during the days we were. Ma José is very friendly and always answered our doubts and questions from the area at any time. Excellent location, near business and restaurants, a strategic place to tour the island. Very clean, large and welcoming house, with everything you need to spend a very good vacation. The tub is great for relaxing after a day touring the island. Yohana next to Pablo are excellent hosts, always worried that our stay was pleasant, they gave us tips to be able to visit very beautiful places on the island. All it was a very good choice, highly recommended, my daughters were very happy. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
