The studio has everything you need to be comfortable and very close to shopping and restaurants. Jaime has been very attentive to all our inquiries. We'll definitely rent this place again.

It is a small cabin, but enough for two people, everything new and tidy. You have to take into account that people with reduced mobility would find it difficult to go up to the bedroom. Alex's son was very attentive and greeted us with some delicious sweet things of his own. The bakery is in front of the apartment and has some things to eat like empanadas

María José and Oscar are excellent hosts. Super responsive to any needs guests may have. For animal lovers, Coco is the best dog host. The location is simply perfect. It's not hard to get to and the hosts give very accurate instructions on how to do it. From the windows, you can see some beautiful sunrises. The village of Chonchi is very close, it has everything you need to stock up without having to suffer the chaos of Castro. The house is even better than the pictures show. The kitchen is very well equipped (and immaculate), with everything you need for cooking. Do not hesitate to choose this place for your stay in Chiloé. They won't regret it.

I highly recommend staying in Miguel's apartment. This was very cozy and had everything we needed for our first time in the city of Puerto Montt. It is located in a quiet area and close to places of need and interest such as various stores, Jumbo supermarket, bus terminal, downtown, the coast, etc. Miguel is very friendly and always showed his willingness to help us. ⭐️

The apartment is very nice, the location is perfect, it's all as it looks in the photo and better, very well equipped and also, it's in front of the supermarket, which makes the stay easier, I recommend it 100%

we were 6 days in Josefa's apartment.. and above all it should be noted that the photos and description were as is. which is more , the apartment is much wider than one sees for photos everything is spotless and with appliances and things for very functional use i would recommend it 100%

We stayed at Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was predisposed all the time, provided us with a practice and assisted us when the general blackout in Chile was. There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

We felt right at home and was appreciative of the extra amenities that were provided. The view was as good, if not better than was displayed on the listing page. Actually, there was a super view from every room. I enjoyed the f a ct that it was at the beach-end of the town away from the traffic- congested city vibe. I would highly recommend this listing.

Excellent stay, the studio is a separate room which is part of the main house, however everything was very private and pleasant... The warm bed and with everything we needed for a good stay. 100% recommended!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, has the space very well distributed, it is close to the waterfront, allowing an out of town to the main attractions expeditiously. It has a lot of security, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi at no extra cost is perfect.
