Nelson is a great host. Very kind and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The common spaces and the environment create an excellent experience. I recommend it 100%!!!

The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well cared for. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the beaches of the area, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from the center. The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

Very good stay. Everything is true to the description. Ricardo was very kind and always attentive to the concerns that arose. The fantastic key theme, the apartment has everything you need for short stays. As a suggestion, I would only leave the subject of heating to improve for a more powerful and friendly one, well, although I had a very cold and rainy day, but only as a suggestion. Excellent , the location is also very nice that the apartment gives privacy and rest at night, the pool is beautiful and super familiar also that it is air-conditioned, in the apartment everything was as described also that the heating is impeccable. Super parking since it has an elevator and also that you can have the laundry service that helps a lot when they are several and you are several days. 100% recommended

María José and Oscar are excellent hosts. Super responsive to any needs guests may have. For animal lovers, Coco is the best dog host. The location is simply perfect. It's not hard to get to and the hosts give very accurate instructions on how to do it. From the windows, you can see some beautiful sunrises. The village of Chonchi is very close, it has everything you need to stock up without having to suffer the chaos of Castro. The house is even better than the pictures show. The kitchen is very well equipped (and immaculate), with everything you need for cooking. Do not hesitate to choose this place for your stay in Chiloé. They won't regret it.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is super comfortable and cozy. The view is privileged and you can go out walking as everything is close by. Isidora excellent hostess, worried, gave us good tips. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful Depto very cozy, located in a very nice and new building, quiet and safe environment 5 minutes from Plaza Pto. Varas. Edu took care of all the details so that my stay was excellent. The apartment is full equipped with everything you need, the space is spacious, everything was spotless, bed linens, bathrooms and kitchen all seemed fabulous. It has good heating and the space is cozy, plus its very nice decoration. My experience was super good and I recommend it anyway.

The Divine Apartment, very good location. It is very well equipped with details that I would not have thought of. We couldn't use the pool, it was mandatory to wear a cap, bring one if you want to use it. But very nice. The girls are super clear with the directions for everything. We will be back!

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

We felt right at home and was appreciative of the extra amenities that were provided. The view was as good, if not better than was displayed on the listing page. Actually, there was a super view from every room. I enjoyed the f a ct that it was at the beach-end of the town away from the traffic- congested city vibe. I would highly recommend this listing.

Excellent stay, the studio is a separate room which is part of the main house, however everything was very private and pleasant... The warm bed and with everything we needed for a good stay. 100% recommended!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, has the space very well distributed, it is close to the waterfront, allowing an out of town to the main attractions expeditiously. It has a lot of security, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi at no extra cost is perfect.
