Holiday rentals with a patio in Loomis

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

We felt right at home in this colorful, cozy home. Everything was as described in the listing and then some. The apartment itself is beautiful with antique fixtures, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and solid wooden details, yet it has all the modern conveniences and upgrades. The decor is eclectic but tasteful and very welcoming. All the furniture and dishes and cooking supplies are substantial as if someone actually lives there--not just cheep rental unit style. The cotton linens and bedding are of good quality. I am going to look for a set of those flowery sheets for myself! The location is central and very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and proactive. We did not need to communicate with them while we were there, as everything was perfect, but they made us feel like we could reach out at anytime if necessary. I will stay here the next time I visit Sacramento and I recommend it to everyone.

This spot was lovely, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The interior is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Kim & Luis are wonderful hosts; they are very attentive to guest's needs. The house is a great place to gather and very close to Gold Hill Gardens, a wonderful wedding venue. The house has multiple places to hang out, and the game room's full bar and pool table was a hit! The bedrooms were comfortable and the full kitchen great to have. We would definitely come back.

Wow - just wow! Amazing Airbnb rental! Perfect house for three couples and a baby. The home is so well cared for - beautiful furnishings and decor without clutter. Large rooms, large bathrooms, gorgeous kitchen. We had some serious cake baking going on for a family birthday and they had everything that was needed. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood where every house is well maintained. The backyard is stunning with outdoor furniture, table, gas fire pit. There is a large lawn perfect for playing the outdoor games they have available for guests (corn hole, over-sized connect four, etc.). We had some changes after our initial booking and the hosts were so accommodating. They also have wonderful items to help with a baby. Perfect also for a toddler - all one floor after you come up the front door steps. Great communication and highly responsive. Cannot stress enough how clean and welcoming everything was - it was the perfect experience! Thank you so much to the hosts!

Our stay was perfect! Absolutely stunning location that overlooks the large pond. It gives a peaceful and tranquil feel the moment you walk into the Airbnb. The house is beautifully decorated with a clean open concept but also cozy furniture that makes you feel right at home. The host was very kind and helpful answering questions and also letting us check-in early since there wasn’t a prior reservation that day. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway location!

We loved Kathleen’s home! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even snacks my 5 year old approved of! There was coffee for the morning, and everything we needed or forgot in the bathrooms. We would love to come back and stay next time we are in the area! My husband was even impressed with my find :) thank you so much Kathleen!

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

We had a great time during our stay. We felt right at home and loved the quick walk to many surrounding quality restaurants. I also enjoyed going on morning runs on the close by trails. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
