Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Longues-sur-Mer

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Really lovely flat. Had a great stay. Minor issues in the beginning working out where we were going and where the car park was but that was us just not knowing the area. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. He met us there and was very friendly, showed us around and provided good local recommendations. We really liked the galette restaurant opposite the Tapestry. Thanks Vincent! It really is the perfect location to explore Bayeux and the main centre and the Tapestry are 5 minutes walk away, although the Tapestry shuts in September for renovation work. We will come again and do some cycling next time, it really is that nice a place to stay.

A breathtaking view, the apartment is very well equipped and in very good condition. The parking space is essential for busy weekends. Access to the beach/center is rather quick on foot in 10/15 mins. The ascent is more athletic.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

To pass a.moment for two, quiet with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ABOVE ALL the views are magnificent without any vis-à-vis. Sea view, marina, Trouville. A 180-degree view thanks to the beautiful bays. Vrament a very good time. Thank you Claire.

The location was great! It was so close to the city center, and everything was within walking distance.

Without a doubt, one of, if not THE best place we’ve stayed through AirBNB. Our hosts were wonderful and did a great job at translation with us. They were super-friendly and super-responsive. None of my family wanted to leave when our time was up. The quiet location and complete lack of tourists was very welcomed. This stay was exactly what we prefer and enjoy. We would very much like to come back, as there was so. Much more to see and do than what we had time for. OUTSTANDING HOSTS AND PLACE TO STAY!!!

There is one *major* problem that you will see the moment you enter the property: you will **never** (ever) want to leave. You may even start thinking through how you can leave your day job and move to Port-en-Bessin. The home itself is amazing. The top of our list after over a dozen Airbnbs in the last few years. It's everything they show online... and SO MUCH MORE! It's like living in a Normandy postcard. The house itself is awesome. Amazing. Spotless. Beautifully decorated and appointed. SUPER well equipped. The town is also amazing. It's the perfect home base for exploring the D-Day beaches/sites. Look... you'd be CRAZY not to book this property. So... what are you waiting for? This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

We had a lovely stay in this lovely home. Everything you need is there: from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds (2 single and 1 double bed). The garden is truly a gem – large, beautifully landscaped and excellently maintained. Dominique and Sylvie are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts, who are always ready when you need something. The location is also great: supermarkets, bakery and various attractions are all within walking distance. In short: had a perfect stay, we would love to come back here again!

Very good stay in this accommodation, children and adults enjoyed the quality of the accommodation, the outdoor space as well as the walking distance to the beach and the many activities and attractions to see a few kilometers away by car or bike.

Right next to the small paths leading above the cliffs with a beautiful sea view. 3 minutes from the city center by car. In the middle of several historic places to visit. Our short stay at Lilas de Bellefontaine was totally restorative. The accommodation is characterful, roomy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything for dining in. The gorgeous garden is an absolute highlight of the property. Incredibly, it is just a stone's throw from the majestic bayeux tapestry and a bunch of restaurants in the middle of the town serving authentic local cuisine. Caroline and Serge were extremely welcoming hosts, on hand to help but unobtrusive.

The apartment is very cozy and well decorated. Accurate to photos. It has everything you need on site. The residence is very pretty and quiet. Marie Danielle is a very responsive and accommodating host. We had a great time.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
