Holiday rentals with lake access in Longtown

We had a great time for Father’s Day weekend! We look forward to another trip soon! Todd was very accommodating and kind! If we needed help he helped us right away!!

We loved the family atmosphere and charm of Carlton’s Landing. The 2 golf carts made our stay extra fun and convenient. The weather was rainy a lot during our short stay but the house was so comfortable that we loved just playing games and making memories inside. We did get to visit all 3 pools and our older grandkids lived the inflatable obstacle course. Would recommend and hope to return again.

This was an amazing experience from the moment we booked to the moment we left. The house was as described, bathrooms are five star!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Host went above and to help make us comfortable.

We were looking for a rental with 2 master bedrooms and baths. We were in town for a board meeting with Husky Halfway House. We were very busy at the rescue as we were shooting a television show for the Discovery Channel. It was so nice to enjoy the peace and quiet of Carlton Landing. The cleanliness of the home and amenities were perfect at the end of a long day. The other board member and myself decided we would love to stay on future trips for board meetings!

Great time, great location to the lake! Bonus was that it is atv/utv friendly neighborhood, great friendly neighbors. House was as advertised, enjoyed the sweet fire pit out front and the awesome screened in porch.

Absolutely wonderful home for a family reunion! Even though the lake level was up we still got out on the water and made the best of it. the backyard was definitely the hang out spot. Definitely a wonderful place at Lake Eufaula!!!! Thanks again Sarah!!

This place is an absolute pleasure I would recommend this place to everyone. There is plenty to do and the place is exceptionally clean. The moment you walk in you feel at peace and at home. It is quiet and comfortable.

The nest was the perfect home away from home for my family. Carlton landing is beautiful, clean and offers many amenities. The house itself was adorable me and fully stocked with anything you could need. We will be booking again in the future.

It was a lovely place. We loved the back play room and extra bed. We slept out there and the adult kids had the house. It was amazing setup for us!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. It’s nice having a private boat ramp. The outdoor screened in area is nice and relaxing and the neighborhood people are very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for what we needed. There were two of us, and we had plenty of space. Driveway was big enough to park our 21ft Bass boat without any issues. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Being close to HWY 69 & 150 was a huge plus for us, as we had easy access to various areas of the lake that we were trying to get to. The gas station outside of the neighborhood is a hidden gem! There is a bakery attached, and the food we had was phenomenal. There is a boat ramp located very close to the house, however, the lake was 4ft low at the time we visited. So the boat ramp was unusable. Obviously not a knock on the house, just an FYI to check water levels if you're reserving this house specifically for the proximity to that particular ramp. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible home with everything you need. Very cozy and homey

This was our second visit to Blue Haven. Already planning on staying longer next year if she'll have us. Had a slight hiccup with some unwanted pests, but Charla went way above and beyond to get it taken care of and had someone at the home within the hour! She even had a backup place to stay in case we needed it. My girls so love the toys - the lego bin is their favorite, but the lovies, books, games, everything is so so helpful with trying to get some relaxation in with kiddos. The house has everything we need for an easy getaway - even yoga mats for the AM yoga sessions in the community. Looking forward to coming back.

The photos that are being taken and so underrated this is such a beautiful peaceful place. I did not want to go back to work. I took my adult sons and they loved it here Yes, it rained the whole time we was there, but it did not feel like you were shut in at home on a gloomy day. It is so beautiful. We sat outside on the porch, the whole time and chitchatted something that we wouldn’t even do at home Kacy friendly and helpful I made sure I put a star by this location cause I will be returning

Great place to stay. Memorial Day weekend was mostly a rain out on the lake but this was a great place to be stuck. Great porch and very peaceful. Will stay again
