This place was great! Kids were fully entertained the entire time! We played on the beach, swam in the pool, made smores, and read ghost stories. It was perfect!

We stayed here with 4 under 4 and the kiddos loved it! There was soooo much for them to do at the house - they never wanted to leave to do other things. The hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. There is even more toys than the pictures! Beds were comfy & kitchen was very well stocked! We enjoyed playing on the playground too!

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Eight friends (four couples) joined my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with a getaway weekend for pickleball and relaxation. Laura's home was spacious and more than comfortable for our group. The kitchen is well-stocked, the patio dining lovely. Saturday morning was rainy. We enjoyed relaxing on the very-comfortable deck by the fire pit with books and conversation. It was cozy and didn't dampen the weekend whatsoever as the accommodations were so lovely. We loved the pickleball court and had a fabulous weekend stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat on Harstine Island! The home is located in a quiet, gated community that felt very safe with easy access to the shared private beach and community clubhouse. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, especially with the beautiful blooming azeleas! It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the beauty of the Puget Sound. We can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing weekend getaway here. There were all the appliances you could think of then some!! That’s a big deal when you love to cook. The hot tub was amazing and pretty clean which was a huge plus. Tons of special little features you’ll just have to see for yourself. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful get away with amazing views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. All the necessities and more. The outside patio space was perfect for meals, games, and relaxing. Having a full kitchen and an outdoor gas grill made meals easy and enjoyable, not having to eat out saved time and money. And pet friendly made it that much more of a family experience. Lane's place met all our needs and she was a wonderful host. We would highly recommend her place!

Our stay at Laura and Stanton's place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive, making sure every detail was taken care of. Their home is not only beautiful but also perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that made for a truly relaxing getaway. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was spending time on the deck, where we had frequent visits from birds throughout the day, adding to the serene atmosphere. It was such a joy to soak in nature while enjoying the comfort of this lovely space. We truly hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-hosted experience. Thank you, Laura and Stanton, for making our stay so memorable!

Our stay at the Otter Haven was wonderful! The views are breathtaking, no matter the weather or time of day. It was the perfect space for us to host some out of town family members and finally enjoy our first holiday gathering since before the pandemic. There was plenty of space, seating, beds, and everything else we needed during our stay. Glen was very responsive and available for questions while we made arrangements and plans for hosting Thanksgiving dinner (and our own home is close by, so the convection oven was perfect for our needs). We love finding gems near home, and I can definitely see us staying at the Otter Haven sometime in the future (maybe when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the kayaks and outdoor spaces!). Such a beautiful area to spend a long holiday weekend! I saw a couple gorgeous sunsets at Joemma Beach which is only 2 miles away (Discover Pass needed). The kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of cookware that might be needed, and the family room and kitchen are open and spacious. I stayed just in the main house and the bed was comfortable. Christopher checked in regularly and was very responsive. I would have been happy to stay longer had my trip allowed for it!

Having stayed at dozens of rental homes around the country, its easy for me when I come across a standout like this property. The home is possibly the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. If you intend to hang out at the house and enjoy the scenery, the back yard and kitchen are perfectly set up to entertain your guests. My family and I did not notice a single thing that we wanted or needed that was not on hand. Anyone looking to rent a property in this area of Washington, I would highly recommend this home! Im sure I will be back one day.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is beautiful, quiet, and private. There is a staircase from the property directly down to the beach. We'd originally planned on visiting the public beaches on the island, but ended up spending the entire weekend at the property as it had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hammock, fire pit, cornhole, and the visiting deer! The air hockey and ping pong tables were also great to have when we needed a break from the sun. Very much recommend Alicia's place and we hope to stay again!

This lake house was a fabulous weekend oasis! We loved paddling around in the little boat and sitting on the doc. The view is so tranquil. We spent hours sitting in the backyard just listening to the birds and watching fish jump!

Alex provided a small house, consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bathroom in the hallway. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and laundry in the house. He has a strong heater and an air conditioner/dehumidifier unit. The place is spotless. Also on the property is a separate small dry/wet sauna, and a separate yoga studio. The design and aesthetics are quite calm and relaxing. The property is part of a large development alongside the southern portion of Lake Cushman, and you a provided a pass to use the private parks and docks in this neighborhood. The house is about 20 minutes away from the Staircase portion of Olympic National Park, and is about 7 minutes from the town of Hoodsport, which has a nice grocery store. There is a detailed instruction manual in the house, which is helpful to figure out how to operate some of the amenities. Alex was immediately responsive to questions. Overall, an amazing place.

We had a great time on Harstine Island! Tim's place was beautiful with lots of natural light and stunning views of the Olympic mountains from the deck! It was so peaceful to listen to the birds and to enjoy some time in the hot tub. We even saw an otter! We would highly recommend this Airbnb for a relaxing getaway!

This property is amazing! The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond! They made me feel very comfortable, and were a pleasure to rent from, especially for such a last minute weekend excursion. I do want everyone who rents here to be aware that it is very important to stay within the property and that includes the beach. The neighbors are not comfortable with renters venturing past the property line. But the oysters right in the backyard beach of the Airbnb were SOOO good, and plentiful! I overlooked a message with important information such as, WiFi password, the rule regarding the beach access, and sauna instructions. This is my own mistake, I want everyone to be vigilant so you don’t have any hiccups like us along the way! Again, the hosts are amazing, respectable, and kind people with a beautiful, fun rental. Understand the rules, respect the neighbors privacy, and rent this Airbnb it was amazing!

We had a wonderful peaceful weekend on Harstine Island. The location looked exactly like the pictures. We had an incredible forested view of the water. The cabin was super cosy and quiet. And honestly, it was the best stocked Air BnB I've ever stayed in. They had the utensils and supplies for lost of different kinds of fancy coffees. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again!

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. I would highly recommend. Sam - thank you for helping make this stay perfect!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful home. Right on the water, beautiful views and so green and lush all around us! Fun wildlife to watch and peaceful walks along the water. You can’t help but enjoy this little slice of heaven! We hope to return!!
