Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with amazing amenities, a perfect location just a short walk from everything you need, and the incredible host Sara, who was super responsive and made my stay incredibly comfortable—definitely a 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting Tampa

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Second time we have said at this apartment complex and the condo was spotless and in a great location near the beach. I loved walking on the beach daily. Maderia Beach is still recovering from last year's hurricane and the ground floor condos are all gutted. Works are ongoing but didn't affect our stay. We would love to rent the condo again.

This stay was amazing. Extremely beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked condo with everything you need for a family vacation. The one swimming pool is diagonal from the condo and just a short walk to the private beach. Perfect location and very close to the village. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved staying here! We will be booking this again for next year!

Place was exactly like the pictures and extrmeley clean. Stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated all the beach items (chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and even floaties for the kids. It made our trip so more memorable enjoyable and stress free.

We loved our stay! Beautiful area with a great view. Super easy access in and out and parking! Easy walk to the beach, especially with small children! We highly recommend and will stay again on our next trip!!!

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

The condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve rented a lot!). Very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. Everything was provided. Nice location right across the street from the beach to see beautiful sunsets. And if we didn’t want to go to the beach, we could see the sunset perfectly right outside the front door! Great restaurants that we could walk to. Great vacation!!

Had a great wonderful relaxing time away from work. It was a Mother/daughter get away. Location. location.Location Images on line were point on but in person it is so much more. Steps from putting your feet in the sand. Feet from the pool. The most beautiful sunsets from your front row seat on your own patio. Close to stores and restaurants. Cafe for coffee/tea. Home made ice cream and local shops all conveniently located. Rental management always available And checking in. Will be planning on returning next year. Donna

Great location with walking distance to locals shop and restaurants. John’s pass is less than 10 mins walk. Beach access is right across the street. Mindy was very responsive and clear instructions. The place comes with everything you need for a great day at the beach. Have all the lounge chairs, umbrella and cooler . Highly recommend this place. This place only has one parking spot. If you come with a second car be prepared to pay to park. If you try to be sneaky they will ticket you and toll your car .

This was a great place to stay on AMI. Very short 2 min walk to the beach was hard to beat! Inside condo was a PERFECT setup for our larger family. Full size dining table made eating in feel like home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need which was great. Large Roku tv and internet made for a fun movie night. I didn’t feel like I went without anything the whole trip. If I had any complaints it would have been all the construction and the pool not being ready yet. And honestly, for what the island went through it is completely understandable. Hammering and outside noise in the morning was sometimes a bummer but I know it’s only temporary! Did not take away from the experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

Great stay! Kids enjoyed the pool and game room! Nice and clean and close to great beaches! We would stay here again for sure!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This was such a beautiful home! The pool and spa were amazing! Everything was as photographed! We loved it here and didn’t want to leave. We are making plans to book this home again for next year!

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

This was a beautiful home , extremely spacious , clean with a beautiful pool and outside sitting area .We brought our 5 year old and a 10 year old with autism and it had everything we could need . Host was responsive at all times . The place is gorgeous , extremely clean and in a nice quiet area (we were probably the loudest ) ! 10/10 and would highly recommend . Close to all the beautiful beaches . We would come back .

Ann’s house was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The home is beautifully decorated and the linens smelt fresh and clean. Next time we are in the area for a game we will definitely be returning to Ann’s buccaneer bungalow.
