Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Long Beach

Our stay was great. we really enjoyed the pool and peaceful environment. Being the parents of autistic children we were especially pleased with the many additional safety and security features offered,there was even a door angel door lock which is standard precaution for many autistic families. The pool area was easy to monitor and the backyard completely fenced in. Beth was informative, helpful and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

We loved staying here for our post cruise cool down. It was quiet and clean. The showers felt like a spa. Everything you need to cook a meal was present. We read reviews so we knew in advance to make sure we had a rental to get to shops and restaurants nearby. The beach towards the bay is perfect, clean and quiet! Great for kids! The beach facing the ocean, not that exciting…a quick learning lesson for my 4 year old on how to protect the environment :)! We went to seal beach one night and had dinner & ice cream… it was a wonderful time. We will book again!

Templo De Tayasal was the perfect place for our family of 4 to enjoy the greater LA area for a week. Kevin's place was as described and has many special touches (Alexa, smart tvs in three rooms, Bluetooth connectivity, and chargers throughout the house). The beds were comfortable and the linens, towels, and kitchenware were plentiful. The outdoor space is out of this world and we would have planned less to do if we would have truly understood what a beautiful oasis it was before our stay. We did not get the opportunity to meet Kevin, but his communication was thoughtful and timely throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and we had parking right out the front door throughout the week even though we came and went at all times of day and night. Long Beach offered many activities including whale watching, comedy club, and a day trip to Catalina Island. Alas, don't sleep on Jon's Donuts off Willow Road. Some great affordable breakfast sandwiches. Thanks Kevin!

Great clean home. Every thing was great

Ala’s home is fantastic! Well designed and very comfortable. We loved the walk ability to beach and 2nd street. Really enjoyed the sun deck when it was too cool and windy at the beach. Spotless everywhere! All of my guests were very happy and had plenty of space to grab privacy when needed. Beds are super comfy. Love ceiling fans in each bedroom. Can’t say enough about this Airbnb. Don’t hesitate to book. Thanks Ala!

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

Charlotte’s Beach House was ideally located- a 15-20 minute drive to the Long Beach Convention Center for our event, blocks from downtown Seal Beach, and just a couple miles from the nearest surfing beach, allowing us to enjoy the variety of activities the area has to offer. Charlotte was very responsive to ensure check in went smoothly for the multiple parties we had arriving and even reached out afterwards offering to mail a pillow we had forgotten. The home itself offered more amenities than any other Airbnb we’ve stayed in before. Would highly recommend the home and the host!

This place was perfect. The kitchen was equipped beyond what I expected. Lots of room and fun things to do. We loved staying here.

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Cliff was an excellent host and took care of my belongings. He was very understanding about my situation with the canceled flight and responded very quickly. Cliff even offered to refund me the missed night or extend my stay if necessary, although my other plans didn't allow for that. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a busy day. I felt very comfortable there. For everyday needs, there is a Vons supermarket nearby (10-minute walk) with everything you need, as well as a bakery. Next door is a Starbucks and various restaurants. A bank for cash withdrawals is also not far away. The Metrolink station is only a 25-minute walk or a short Uber ride away. I used Cliff's Hideaway as a stopover for my next stay at Six Flags Park and can highly recommend it.

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Wonderful spot. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to highways/amusement parks. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

We planned a girls trip to go to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Liza’s place was the perfect location for getting to iconic places we wanted to see outside the concert. Enjoyed the backyard multiple times and Liza always responded promptly regarding any questions we had. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Gal made our stay in California feel so comfortable & right at home! She allowed us to have a dinner with a few friends right after my son’s graduation. She definitely welcomed us with some treats, tea & coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Great service

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.
