Great apartment, clean, well organized, with everything that was advertised. My stay was great. It was a cold climate and the host left clean blankets and duvets available. The condominium has a great location and a lot of infrastructure, including a grocery store that helps a lot.

Excellent location and Patrícia is a great host. The place is slightly smaller than it appears in the photos, but nothing to discredit the listing. It was clean and organized. We could do everything on foot, although we were by car and used the parking space.

The photos are exactly the same as the actual, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very clean, and it is very convenient to rent a car to go anywhere.

Klayse was helpful and agile when requested. The apartment is just like the photos, clean and well equipped. Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, excellent value for me.

The home is very well-equipped, with several items of great functionality, in addition to being renovated, well clean and with a very pleasant indoor environment. Hosts have excellent communication and were very kind! It is only to be considered that there is an alarm at the gates, and the location of the apt ends up bringing slight discomfort at night times if there is access. Parking is in a partner establishment on the next block. In general, I recommend the accommodation

We were welcomed with pampering and kindness. From a delicious coffee counter (espresso machine, teas, biscuits, fruits and others) to a tray with basic needs in the bathroom (toothbrush, cotton swab and others). The apartment is extremely clean, organized and fragrant. Wonderful!! The hostess assisted us in all our needs, beyond expectation. Whenever we can we will be back!!

Thays' accommodation is very well located. The property goes beyond the images, being even more beautiful and cozy. Communication with Thays is extremely easy, with clear and precise instructions, and she is always concerned with the guest.

I had a great stay, the apartment met expectations and the location is good. I didn't spend much time in the apartment because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely book it again if I needed to. I loved that there was frozen food in the freezer and there were also wines in the apartment in case we wanted to buy some. The bed linen and towels were clean, the apartment in general was very clean and organized. I was late for check-out because I lost track of time, and the host was very understanding.
