We can’t thank Cecile enough! Everything was perfect and the space was lovely (very homely and perfect for what we needed). The garden space was particularly lovely to wake up to in the morning. It was spacious, which I don’t think the pictures completely capture, so we were pleasantly surprised. Also the bed was extremely comfortable, with the sofa turned into a bed in the living room (also comfortable). I would definitely recommend - thank you!

Very good place, perfect for staying a few days or a longer period of time. The internet is very good and all the facilities were working fine. The support staff is extremely helpful and always answer very fast. I recommend this place very much!

It is convenient to go out, there are several bus stops nearby, and it takes about 6-10 minutes to reach different places!You can take the underground to Modern Station in central London and arrive in an hour. The place is clean, stylishly decorated and overall new The garden is so beautiful.

Excellent place in London! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and an underground station. Since we are on a road trip around England, the private parking space was a big plus. It was right outside the door. There is a beautiful park down the block as well as a little convenience store. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

A lovely apartment with bundles of character in a brilliant location next to Putney Heath. Feels very quiet yet everything close by. The Telegraph pub a short walk away was lovely. Laura was so kind and welcoming and even left out little baby books for us. thank you so much

The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious - it had everything we needed! Justyna was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was fantastic - it was an easy to get around from there with many bus routes and I had no problem taking my son to nursery as it was close by. The amenities were also top-notch. Having a really good washing machine was key for me as my kids make a lot of mess. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a huge relief to have a comfortable and convenient spot for our family. Plus, it was so easy to relax and unwind in the space. And if we needed anything, Justyna was always just a message away - super easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. What really made it special was that my kids were able to unwind and have some much-needed space, especially since we're currently living with relatives and space has been tight. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we're so grateful for the break. I highly recommend.

Really enjoy our stay, gutted I got the check out date wrong as we wanted to stay longer it was so nice, we felt so at home and I got to spend Christmas with both my girls and my family because I was able to secure this place in London so Im forever grateful to Penelope and even her patience and understanding at the end. I've been wanting to find a peaceful affordable private garden home to unwind and stumbled across this cute gem. The backyard is completely fenced in and the peaceful morning sounds was everything I needed. Very comfortable bed

Our stay at Celia’s was wonderful. Her home is beautiful, and so easy to feel at home in. Comfortable beds, great showers, very clean, and a lovely courtyard. Tooting is vibrant and full of life, and very convenient to Central London. Cannot recommend enough!

Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is certainly a little out of the city center, but easily accessible by public transport. Quiet neighborhood. Really lovely stay. Travelling with two very young children is never easy but this felt like a true home away from home. Everything was made very easy and comfortable for us including the children’s sleeping arrangements, high chairs, kids plates, bowls and cutlery, toys, books and more. That said, those without kids will love the property just as much. The house is beautiful, well connected, with a lovely family-friendly pub nearby (The Selkirk) and a park just next door. Loads of handy shops and restaurants and good transport connections. We used to live in the area, so it was a perfect base for us to see family and friends. Tavie and Harry were very helpful, friendly and responsive. They even helped us source some supplies for our arrival which was invaluable after a long day of travelling. Overall, I highly recommend this property and will certainly consider it for future visits.

Wills place was better than the pictures! The interiors are beautiful and the garden is a great place to catch some sunshine. The whole place is spacious and clean and there is a lovely pub nearby as well as a Tesco and off license pretty much as the end of the road. Was a brilliant stay!

The home is exactly as described and pictured. Made for a perfect few days visiting the area. The host was very responsive and helpful with the few questions I had.

Really lovely place to stay, compact and cute. Has everything you needed and was very clean. Close to bus stops to get to Purley or Croydon, also walking distance to Wallington with many amenities. I didn't want to leave

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Lovely studio, just as described. . Short walk to East Croydon station making it easy to head into London or even off to Brighton for the day. Grocery nearby as well as plenty of food and entertainment options. Stephen was very helpful in leaving detailed information about the area and things to do. Very clean with all the amenities I needed. Very communicative. Not a single problem during my 7 night stay. Would definitely stay again!

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

A lovely well situated flat in a pleasant location. Well equipped with coffee, tea, dishwasher and washing pods. Situated on a main road but felt peaceful and the bedroom at the back is very quiet. Easy access to bus, train and tube for accessing other areas of London. Lovely area near Wandsworth Common for walking and many restaurants in the vicinity. Supermarkets at Tooting Bec within a 10/15 minute walk. Excellent communication with Philippa A lovely place to stay and I can thoroughly recommend
