Can't say a bad word about this place. One of the best airbnbs I've stayed at period. Prime location, prime property and excellent host!

The apartment is large, clean and bright, it has large kitchen and an adjacent dining place in the living room, making it a very convenient place. Nice bathroom with a large ceiling shower, in addition to hand held shower. It is in a quiet residential area, yet close to many shops and restaurants and short walks to Kensington palace, Victoria and Albert Museum, museum of Natural History. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we checked in. Used this flat for short term accommodation as we refurb our home. Lovely and comfortable with all mod-con amenities. Very tastefully decorated and cleaning service an added bonus. Highly recommend this location, area and the company and people that manage the listing. Very helpful and communicative at all times. Very near bond street tube so would note that you can hear the tube noise at night. It was distracting for the first night but after that you don't even notice it. We slept so well here. Very quiet neighbourhood and building. Would stay again and highly recommend to other travellers.

Spokojna okolica, bardzo czysty apartament. Gospodarz bez problemu pozwolił Nam przyjechać ciut wcześniej. Doskonale miejsce dla chcących spędzić w KEW Garden więcej niż jeden dzień. Do marketu i kilku restauracji jest 5min spacerem. Mamy nadzieję wrócić jesienią na kolejną rundę po KEW Gardens i Muzeum Historii Naturalnej. Dziękujemy za gościnę!

Upscale and private cul-de-sac, in a busy area yet very quiet at the apartment. Shopping and very nice selection of restaurants within a couple blocks, direct access to the underground with direct lines to Kings Cross as well as the sightseeing areas, museums, Tower, Palace, etc. Apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and all very clean and updated. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Bruno estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, nosotros llegamos muy temprano y nos permitieron dejar las cosas en el hotel Alhambra, que esta a unos pasos de la estación St Pancras jejeje cuando ya nos entregaron las llaves, caminamos como 2 cuadras para llegar al departamento. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras para encontrar el lugar y accesar al departamento. Estaba muy limpio y nos puso unos snacks (te, cafe, galletas, jugo). A una cuadra esta un super mercado. El museo británico estaba como a 3 cuadras. La zona es de estudiantes y es muy tranquila y segura. No hay mucho turismo. Tienes estación de tren, parada de camión y parada de turibus muy cerca. Nos gusto mucho quedarnos en el departamento. Para la entrega de llaves, fue muy claro, podiamos dejar las llaver en el hotel y nos resguardaban el equipaje. Recomiendo este lugar.

Great place to stay with for our family.

This unit is in an excellent location in the heart of South Kensington. It's just a five minute walk to the Tube station and a few dozen yards from a bus stop. Lots of grocery, boutiques, coffee shops, museums and restaurants nearby. The unit itself is spacious and nicely furnished. My only complaint was with the kitchen. It is a little sparse on some basics. It likes things like table mats, hot mitts, salt and pepper. Other than that, having a good quality washer/dryer unit was a godsend. We were in unit 106 and it was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincenzo and Claudia’s place. We only met Vincenzo, and he was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The flat is in a perfect location — quiet, charming, and just a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. We really appreciated the comfort and ease of the space, and the neighborhood felt safe and lovely to explore. Highly recommend!

Had a great time staying here, five stars. You should be aware that the place is indeed as small as it says - I didn't read that part of the description and I felt like I was always bumping into things. Best for one person max, and if I had stayed longer than two nights it would have felt a bit uncomfortable Greg and the team did an incredible job, very friendly, accomodating, responsive and helpful

We had an amazing stay at this Londoners flat! It was just as described- 2 large bedrooms, great beds, plenty of room and great views out of magnificent windows. The linens were clean and comfortable as well, and Melanie brought us plenty of extra towels. The sofa bed was easy and very comfortable. The kitchen was small but very well equipped and we had all we needed. The location was great- lots of restaurants and pubs and shopping, very close to multiple tube stops. But it was also pretty quiet and peaceful. Melanie was also extremely helpful and communicative. We would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s place! The apartment was very charming and, most importantly, in a fantastic location — right in the heart of Notting Hill, close to everything. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days in London. Paul was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot in one of the most iconic neighborhoods in the city!
