We recently stayed at April’s place while attending my sister’s funeral service, and it turned out to be the perfect home away from home during a difficult time. The house was clean, peaceful, and very thoughtfully prepared. Although we didn’t choose the place for its Harry Potter theme, it added a surprisingly comforting and magical atmosphere to our stay. April was a wonderful host—she provided thoughtful breakfast essentials like milk, cereal, tea, sugar, and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. When I had a question about an adapter for charging electronic devices, she responded right away and quickly resolved the issue. Overall, our experience was seamless and comforting. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend April’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and welcoming stay—with a fun Harry Potter twist!

Being just a short walk to the train station made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the surrounding areas without any hassle. Linda made us feel comfortable and welcome. Stephanie's place is as described. Nice and spacious and even though it was very sunny, the place didn't get too warm. It's a bit of a walk to the station and does take some time to get to central London, but the street is nice and very quiet (also at night). And the shower is great!

Sandy is an exceptionally friendly and informative host. There is a lovely park close by and good transport connections to central London. I spent four very comfortable nights here. Even in very hot weather sleeping wasn't a problem. The Snug is very compact and may not suit taller people.

The flat is great, right next to Clissold Park and in a walking distance from nice restaurants, cafés and local shops in an area with great vibe. Yvonne is a great host, she made us feel right at home and she was very thoughtful to have a few goodies for us. The flat is spacious, clean and with a nice patio. We would definitely recommend and book again next time we visit London!

Lovely cosy apartment, met with viv and gordon and they were great attentive hosts who offered help and advice. Bed was extremely comfortable and our bikes were kept secure and out of sight from the road behind security gates.

Sunita was a lovely host, quickly responding to queries and providing advice. She offered to drop me to the tube on my first morning and pointed out local amenities on the way. Friendly and helpful host.

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

Dana and Ben, were very warm and helpful. They suggested some great places to get food. The garden studio was so lovely, peaceful and private. Parking was easy on their drive. The BnB is opposite a lovely park.

It was lovely to be welcomed by both Elizabeth and her very friendly labradoodle. The area is very quiet and the accommodation overlooks Elizabeth's beautiful garden. The kitchen is delightful,(we loved the cat and dog mugs) , and it is very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling and the bedroom spacious and comfortable . We definitely hope to visit again.

Patrick is a great host- easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very polite. Patrick has been hosting one of our employees, who is working in the local area, and the accommodation is always tidy and well looked after.

The location is the basement of a home on a quiet, dead-end street of a neighborhood near Camden Market. It is easily accessible by foot, train, bus, or otherwise. As visitors to the area, Anne provided a lot of helpful info before and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze and very flexible, as she greeted us upon arrival to drop off our luggage, hours before our stay. The space is small, but functional. I do want to stress that even as a petite female, the bathroom is tiny. If you like hot showers, you’ll appreciate that the water temperature can get to scalding degrees, but it cannot be turned up to a regular pressure flow, as the water will pool and may flood through the flat shower floor into the rest of the bathroom. The lack of bathroom space is a trade off to having a larger bed, which was comfortable. Noise from the home through the stairwell can be heard, so if you are sensitive to noise, do be mindful, but nothing after hours or extraneous—just normal sounds of living.

A really great deal - Ratna's place was very private and had a real comfortable and cosy feel which was very homelike and inviting. It has everything you need for a long or short stay. Super easy to get to the train station as well as the shops etc. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Ratna x

I highly recommend Nadia’s studio! It is perfect for a solo traveler. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is a convenience store and a few Cafés within a mile walk, as well as several bus stops. Nadia was in excellent communication the entire stay, and was very helpful and kind. Using her instructions I was easily able to travel into Central London using public transportation. A major plus for me was that it’s very quiet and peaceful, I was able to sleep better than I do at home! I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in London.

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

A little gem! Charming accommodation, very British, very well equipped, with super comfortable bedding. The environment is very peaceful, ideal for resting. We wanted to visit the castles and manors of the south west of London and the annex was wonderfully well located. In addition, Gill's welcome is friendly and her advice is great. I would highly recommend this rental.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.
