Holiday rentals with a patio in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

We enjoyed our week stay at this pristine apartment in delightful Chelsea. The unit is even better than pictured, and sparkling clean. We loved the patio near sunset watching the parrots, or early morning for a sunny start to a busy day. A bonus for us was early check in, arranged by Patrick, who was a very responsive host. Absolutely beautiful home in Notting Hill! Walkable to great restaurants and shops - portobello road is easy to access as is Hyde Park and surrounding areas! Loved the rooftop patio for a glass of wine and (fortune smiled on us with lots of sunshine) games before heading out for dinner! Spacious living room and upper lounge! Great space and decor with comfortable beds! A+++++

Sensacional! um espaço super recomendável. Nós gostamos, especialmente, do solarium e do jardim. A casa é bastante ampla e o fato de ter 02 banheiros é outro ponto forte. Le logement de Susan est charmant et tout neuf, avec une petite cour au calme. Il se situe à 15 minutes à pied d’une station qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Londres en moins de 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement !

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Mike was very accommodating to our need for a quick check in late in the evening when out other accommodation fell through. The apartment is in an amazing location in the heart of Notting Hill. Very close to the tube and with plenty of places to eat close by. The apartment was clean and we had everything we could need. We would love to stay here again.

CasaMia London was the perfect house for a family of 6. The house is so beautiful! Each bedroom was on a different level. The house was immaculate, well stocked and in a wonderful location. It is a 15 minute walk to Parsons Green tube station. There are many great restaurants nearby and a Sainsbury’s grocery store 700 feet away. The kitchen is amazing with a back patio that we enjoyed hanging out with family. So much to do in the area. We used the tube, bus and Uber boat for transportation. I highly recommend CasaMia London!

The flat is spacious, tastefully decorated and has a pleasant little patio. Diego was very attentive and welcoming, giving us a tour of the premises and giving us advice and instructions on how to use it. By bus, it's very easy to get to Holland Park, Notting Hill, Marble Arch or Picadilly Circus (bus stops within 10 min walk). Bonus for parents: a play park is a 10-minute walk away, as is the large Westfield shopping centre. We would not hesitate to rent it again the next time we come.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Youcef’s place is fabulous and was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The location is super, only a 3 minute walk to the tube, the tracks run behind the house but the noise isn’t too loud. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, the house was very clean and decorated to a very high standard. Overall would recommend this place and thanks for a great stay!

Immaculate, modern, smart-technology home. Wonderful features and incredibly secure. The hosts were very accommodating and restaurants were a quick Uber ride away.

Absolutely gorgeous, such a gem! One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been to loads of hotels in London. Gorgeous decor, beautiful spacious room with high ceilings and a fantastic view of the park, sumptuous linens, and bath products from Rituals made it that bit more special. Would love to come back.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Super stay at Amadeus’! Quaint garden flat in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure! No complaints, we’d certainly come back.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

die Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen.U Bahn ins Zentrum ,Bus , Supermarkt, Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön, wir haben uns geich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Claire/Luisa war gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s home while we had my daughter’s wedding. . It’s very beautiful inside & was a joy to be in , I love the lay out & garden , the bathroom is stunning ! Super comfy bed with lovely linen . We’d go back as it’s very near my daughter & a great location.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

Nice quiet place on a quiet street. Ten minutes stroll to nearby underground station, optionally via 19st century cemetery park, imo better than just streets. The terrace is also quite good, though we used it only once due to rain, but the sofa in the living room is comfy so no regrets.
