Monica is a fantastic host, great communication and very friendly. Her place is lovely, clean and tidy and as described. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We recently stayed at April’s place while attending my sister’s funeral service, and it turned out to be the perfect home away from home during a difficult time. The house was clean, peaceful, and very thoughtfully prepared. Although we didn’t choose the place for its Harry Potter theme, it added a surprisingly comforting and magical atmosphere to our stay. April was a wonderful host—she provided thoughtful breakfast essentials like milk, cereal, tea, sugar, and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. When I had a question about an adapter for charging electronic devices, she responded right away and quickly resolved the issue. Overall, our experience was seamless and comforting. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend April’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and welcoming stay—with a fun Harry Potter twist!

Fantastic stay, hosts were brilliant and went out way to make me feel welcome, lovely to have use of the pool, nice walk from streathem station over the common and lovely neighbourhood, highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights. The key was self check in. Felt safe here. Very spacious with plenty of hot water. Would recommend. Great size for 4/5 people. Thank you.

Sandy is an exceptionally friendly and informative host. There is a lovely park close by and good transport connections to central London. I spent four very comfortable nights here. Even in very hot weather sleeping wasn't a problem. The Snug is very compact and may not suit taller people.

What a beautiful flat! We loved staying in Yvonne’s flat. The location was perfect, just steps from Clissold Park and minutes to Stoke Newington Church Street. The flat was a great size and the garden outlook was lovely

Sunita was a lovely host, quickly responding to queries and providing advice. She offered to drop me to the tube on my first morning and pointed out local amenities on the way. Friendly and helpful host.

Stephen was a great host, going above and beyond to make sure our family was welcomed and setup for our London visit. The space is great and very comfortable, location is perfect with the tube station 5 minutes away and great restaurants around.

A great place to stay to watch the rugby at Twickenham! Lovely and clean with a great kitchen and the breakfast supplies were much appreciated ☺️

Dana and Ben, were very warm and helpful. They suggested some great places to get food. The garden studio was so lovely, peaceful and private. Parking was easy on their drive. The BnB is opposite a lovely park.

It was lovely to be welcomed by both Elizabeth and her very friendly labradoodle. The area is very quiet and the accommodation overlooks Elizabeth's beautiful garden. The kitchen is delightful,(we loved the cat and dog mugs) , and it is very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling and the bedroom spacious and comfortable . We definitely hope to visit again.

Lovely peaceful haven in a great bit of town. Amazingly quiet and green. Such a lovely place to wake up in the trees but still very handy for central London.

The location is the basement of a home on a quiet, dead-end street of a neighborhood near Camden Market. It is easily accessible by foot, train, bus, or otherwise. As visitors to the area, Anne provided a lot of helpful info before and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze and very flexible, as she greeted us upon arrival to drop off our luggage, hours before our stay. The space is small, but functional. I do want to stress that even as a petite female, the bathroom is tiny. If you like hot showers, you’ll appreciate that the water temperature can get to scalding degrees, but it cannot be turned up to a regular pressure flow, as the water will pool and may flood through the flat shower floor into the rest of the bathroom. The lack of bathroom space is a trade off to having a larger bed, which was comfortable. Noise from the home through the stairwell can be heard, so if you are sensitive to noise, do be mindful, but nothing after hours or extraneous—just normal sounds of living.

A really great deal - Ratna's place was very private and had a real comfortable and cosy feel which was very homelike and inviting. It has everything you need for a long or short stay. Super easy to get to the train station as well as the shops etc. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Ratna x

I highly recommend Nadia’s studio! It is perfect for a solo traveler. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is a convenience store and a few Cafés within a mile walk, as well as several bus stops. Nadia was in excellent communication the entire stay, and was very helpful and kind. Using her instructions I was easily able to travel into Central London using public transportation. A major plus for me was that it’s very quiet and peaceful, I was able to sleep better than I do at home! I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in London.

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

The place was a perfect find offering safe off street parking with the studio being private and in a quiet location. I contacted the host prior to booking and their response was almost immediate. The space was clean and tidy and had everything you would need. Would highly recommend

This is a good choice for anyone travelling on their own - Trish is present and able to help and/or trade humor (my favorite.) Trish & Kim are nice people that will give you as much or as little contact as you wish. The space is just enough for one person, small fridge, toaster, eating space, bedroom w/lots of storage for clothing if you wish to unpack, TV, windows looking out to the garden. She is also kind enough to provide with some bread/butter, various kinds of marmalade, milk, etc. - very appreciated after an overnight flight. There are two Tube stops, grocery stores, wine shop, pizza place and oh yes - a few pubs - all within few minutes walking distance. There is no shower, but there is a nice huge tub for a good soak at the end of your busy day. I hope to stay here again on my next trip. Cheers!
