Jan was so kind and considerate! The customer service was just everything you would wish for for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property was so cute! Our stay at Amanda and Phil’s place was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Amanda provided clear, detailed communication ahead of time, so we knew exactly what to expect. She even offered to show us around the town after our flight, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Phil gave us a warm welcome and personally walked us through the rental when we arrived. They had treats waiting for us, which were a much-appreciated snack after a long day of travel. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with extra comfy beds and plush towels that made our stay even more relaxing. Checkout instructions were simple and straightforward. And we have to mention the foxes - definitely a unique and fun surprise for us! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with great hosts.

Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

Francine is a wonderful host, so very helpful and friendly. Her place is great, fab location, easy access to transport and also walkerbale to many places, we loved walking up to Islington and Kingscross along the canal in the morning, would definatley recomend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and we could walk anywhere. The location was great and about 10 minutes from the tube station. Kelly was responsive and provided us with the things we asked for. The extra touches were so nice (wine and chocolate). We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at 111, Ladbroke Grove hosted by Paul. The location is absolutely fabulous—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Paul was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to fulfill customised requests as well as provided excellent recommendations from around the area. We were welcomed with lovely local memorabilia gifts too. The space was very clean and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Paul had thoughtfully placed basic supplies so that we didn't have to rush to a supermarket immediately. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless and hassle-free. Overall, highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay. There were a lot of amenities, location was good and convenient and instructions + details were all very helpful during my stay. Craig was also very responsive during my time :)

Thanks Lynn. Great place. Family and I loved it. Felt like home. I also felt like it was far enough off of the main streets that if didn’t feel busy or noisy in the evening yet we were simply two blocks away from all the action. Appreciate all the help with the changes and misc stuff.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Loved my stay! The large/tall window and high ceilings in this studio helped to make the place feel quite spacious. Bed was super comfy and I felt right at home. Located in the best neighborhood too! Billie and Max are superb hosts! When I need a place to stay in London, I’ll be booking with them again!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. We loved Gregory’s place, plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and we utilised the airbed which was great. Great location, it was really easy to get on the bus to the tube and get around London. Coffee shop and corner store over the road which was really handy. We will be back!

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

Peaceful and quiet stay, close to a large mall and the tube

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.
