Holiday rentals with a patio in London Borough of Brent

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Shreyash and Peri are super hosts for a reason. Not only is the flat close to everything (shops, transport, sights,etc.), it is clean and comfortable. More important is how well they took care of my group. From easy communication, early check in, thoughtful snacks, they are standout hosts. If you are thinking of London, this is a fantastic choice! We came as 2 families for a weekend stay while watching starlight express. The accommodation had everything we needed, beautifully presented, comfortable and clean. Little touches like the toiletry packs, the coffee in the cupboard, plenty of dishwasher tabs etc, all made the stay a home from home. The self check in was very straightforward and instructions were always clear. Can't wait to go back again

Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a small quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Cozy, family-friendly flat, well located, next to the market, gym, train station. I love this location and the apartment is spacious and family-friendly.

We were looking for a nice place to self-cater while in London. Not too far from public transport, but a little bit further out to allow us to stay with friends from Wales while having four bedrooms for our group. Elda's place was just as advertised. Plenty of room for us, our two grown boys (a room each of their own) and a couple from Wales to stay with us. Bathrooms for all. Plenty of options for transport into central London to the places we were aiming for, without too much trouble (bus and tube). Plenty of options nearby for us to shop for food to cook at home. Full kitchen, with plenty of amenities for cooking as a group on multiple nights, and relaxed surroundings for chatting and catching up with people we hadn't seen for several years. Elda was very accommodating. Was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Easy to get to the property from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line and black cab from Paddington (about 20 pounds). Bus 5 minutes walk away. Very quiet street.

Superb location. So close to Wembley, whilst still being peaceful and quiet with Garden and 4 bedrooms in London. Can’t beat it!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

I booked this house for me and my family to stay in for my civil wedding. The house is very spacious, rooms are big & nicely decorated. The dining room is spacious & perfect for everyone to have dinner together. The family were very impressed with the house. We had plenty of room and it didn’t feel crowded at all. It is located at the end of a street so it was nice & quiet. You can park 2 cars on the driveway. There is more parking on the street for permit holders only mon-fri but weekends are fine. There’s a good sized bathroom upstairs & a smaller one downstairs. Downstairs bathroom water was a bit cold with low pressure. Upstairs bathroom was good. Daniel was very responsive & even came quickly to sort something out for us. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend Daniel’s place if you’re looking for a home away from home for a large group of people. The only thing that would make it even better is a mirror in the main room and if the garden was maintained.

Very nice place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely area – peaceful and close to local spots and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

I’m actually feeling homesick for this Airbnb, that’s how comfortable and “at home” we felt at Stefano’s place. The pictures really don’t do it justice — the charm is off the charts and we all loved it! Played cards on the outdoor patio, very well-appointed kitchen with the cutest SMEG appliances, loved the bathtub in the master bath, beds were super comfy, linens pristine:) Loved having laundry detergents, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, hairdryers and straightener already on site, SO CONVENIENT! Peaceful quiet and safe neighborhood close to Barron’s Court Station. Loved it all!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was the perfect size and space for the five of us. We especially loved the newly renovated kitchen! From communication & booking to location and cleanliness our experience was fabulous! There were Tube stations, markets and restaurants located within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

The place was very nice and clean. Exactly how we expected it. Zack was super helpful and ready to help when needed with swift reply times! Would totally recommend his places.

New apartment in a new building in a quiet residential area. Two metro lines (Elizabeth and Piccadilly) are easily reachable on foot or by bus. 20 minutes from Heathrow and 20 from Paddington. It was perfect for us. We felt at home. The apartment is actually nicer than what the photos can show. Barbara was always very helpful and answered all our questions rapidly. This is not a rental property; the host actually lives there and rents it only when she is away. This means that all cupboards, drawers and closets are full with the host's belongings. This was not an issue for us.

If you’re thinking about booking this stay, just do it! Sara and Ramin are incredible hosts, they were kind enough to let me drop my suitcase off early before k checked in which really meant a lot to me. The neighborhood is STUNNING. Quiet, clean, beautiful gardens and roses, safe and gated, and a 10 minute walk to the train station and another 10 minute walk to local cafes, stores, restaurants and the supermarket. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The studio is perfect for one person traveling or maybe 2 if you’re a very close couple. The sunroof makes it so that the room gets great natural light all day, you barely need to turn the lights on. The bathroom is clean and spotless, as is the kitchen and rest of the space. A heater and extra blankets provided kept me warm and cozy at night. The wifi was great and everything worked properly. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in London. It was so nice to have such a calm beautiful home base.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

Good spot with a number of bus links (7, 316, 452) to central. Didn't need to drag luggage up and down the tube. Step free access to the property was a plus for my parents, who are over 60. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Coffee machine made a nice morning. Sponge, fairy liquid, laundry pod all provided. Felt 100% at home. Would stay again.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.

Natalie was an AMAZING host. She is so friendly and accommodating! The flat was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer. If I’m ever lucky enough to find my way back to London I will definitely book this property again
