New cabin with high standards in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field with no transit traffic, and suitable for families as well as for the gang of friends. There is a road all the way up to the cabin all year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountains. In winter, there is cross-country skiing just behind the cabin, and you can put on alpine skiing just outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

Strandheim, farmhouse at Lesja

The Strandheim farm is located 532 m above sea level in Körøremsgrende, far south in the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff cage to yourselves. The apartment is equipped with what you need for a few days stay. In addition to the 5 sleeping places there is a separate cot in one bedroom. Moderne leilighet ca 2 km fra Lom sentrum. Den ligger idyllisk til på en gård med fint uteområde. Det er mange turmuligheter i nærområdet. Alt fra turer rett ut fra boplassen og lengre turer som Galdhøpiggen og Besseggen, Jotunheimen, Reinheimen og Breheimen nasjonalpark med mange fjell. For de med ski er det tilgang til skibod med “skiwise” for å stelle skiene. Det er hage og plen rundt huset og det er greit å gå ned til Lom sentrum. Vi er en barnefamilie med aktivt barn. Noe lyd må påberegnes.

The house is suitable both for adults and families with children. If you come to us, you can say hello to our 20 gentle alaska huskies. If we are available, you can book a sleigh ride. We tailor short or long trips. Drive your own dog team! From us, it's a short distance to the mountain. It's five minutes to the grocery store. It is about 15 minutes to Dombås and about 35 minutes to Bjorli. Both locations have run-up ski slopes and alpine facilities. Bjorli also has a climbing park.

Renovated kufjøs from the 1800s. Fjøset is part of a small tuna and is nicely located with a short distance to many national parks.
