Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lombardy

We were very lucky to be able to spend a few days in this very special refuge by the lake – and it was simply magical! The house is not only beautifully located, but has a very special aura. Everything was prepared with so much love – from the fresh coffee and the soft towels to the private little boat with which you can discover the surroundings. You feel welcome straight away. Giulia and Lorenzo are two of the most likeable people we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing as hosts – warm, helpful, humorous and incredibly attentive. With their open nature, they have created an atmosphere in which you do not feel like a guest, but like a dear friend. For us, it's clear: the best hosts ever! This accommodation is not an ordinary place – it is an experience. If you are looking for peace, nature and that certain something, you will be 100% happy here!We left with gratitude in our hearts – and we are guaranteed to come back❤️ Mille Grazie!

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

Wonderful place!! I was bigger than we thought. Cozy living room and kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garden with acces to the lake was amazing. Even 2 kayaks! Perfect place for 5 adults and 2 children.

An excellent starting point for trips in the further and closer area. An additional advantage is the silence, the singing of birds, lots of greenery, and a beautiful view. The house is comfortable, it has a soul, contact with the host whenever needed. I highly recommend this place for all those who value moments of rest away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded resorts.

Casa Isola is beautifully decorated. We felt super good. The equipment has everything you need and everything was clean.

This place is very beautiful, super child friendly, gorgeous walk on the lake. The host was very friendly and his hospitality was outstanding. Located not far from Malpensa airport- best to get there by car.

we stayed at Laura's because we had friends in Sale Marasino, the space is perfect for 2 people, we loved the patio for morning coffee with the view of the lake, and there were coffee shops and supermarkets a few minutes walk too. We would stay there again!

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is great! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

A very pleasant stay in a green and very peaceful environment! Marco and Maria immediately made us feel at home. The space was seamlessly equipped. In fact, it seemed much bigger than we had imagined from the photos! We would recommend it without hesitation!

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. The stay at the villa was amazing, there was space for the kids, a pleasant home, great service!

Would always recommend. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom was all new, we had the 8-person log cabin. Staff very nice and friendly, helpful.

The place and the entire complex are really beautiful and in top condition! The house with lake view and direct access to the water is fantastic. The place was very clean and well stocked. In addition, the communication was impeccable. Too bad that we could only check in 2 1/2 hours later than agreed, which was very cumbersome for us, as we had a long car ride behind us. The entire complex is super animal-friendly our dog and we will be happy to come back and highly recommend the complex.

Location was fantastic - right on the waters edge! Beautiful little pizzeria if you walk through to the left of the site. Free use of kayaks was great - little paddle across the water to that bar was a great afternoon activity. Would recommend.

The house is very modern and beautiful. Everything is relatively small but perfect for 2 people. The location is great, a few meters to the lake and the nearest restaurant. The hosts are incredibly friendly and the information you receive in advance is more than extensive. Communication was also straightforward and we received a response within a very short time. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space for the accommodation and you are therefore always on the lookout. For us as country bumpkins, it's actually unusual.
