Apartment holiday rentals in Lombardy

The apartment was as it appeared in the pictures and clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and caring. It was an authentic, romantic and enjoyable stay. The house had everything we needed. There is a parking space nearby (I recommend the cemetery parking space, it is both empty, not in the middle of the street, free, and very close to the house). It was definitely worth the money, I recommend it.

Amazing stay! Easy to get to from Linate airport (m4 subway from airport to Tricolore and then 5/10 min walk!) lovely quiet apartment in a nice area. Short walk from lovely restaurants and tram/metro stops. Great supermarket 5 mins up the road. We walked to the duomo and brera (we like to walk!) We have a 6 month old and Daniela provided cot, baby bath, high hair and books! We had the best time and would recommend it completely! Daniela was a kind and responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as expected and fine. Note that there is no kitchen. The listing did not say there was a kitchen, so that is ok, but we had planned to put some food in a fridge. Still worth what we paid (we stayed in several Italy Airbnbs in our recent trip) and very close to airport.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

We loved our stay at this place! The apartment is large and very comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. We really appreciated the use of the guarded parking garage as we were moving and were able to leave some of our things in the car without fear of theft. It was very close to the heart of Verona as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cinzia is a very good-natured and kind host. She lives downstairs. Her house has two balconies, full of flowers, and the house has a lot of books. It is a home full of flowers and books. One night when we were in Milan, she prepared us with endless food, yogurt, sparkling water, still water, juice, milk, and a basket of fruits and red, white, and pink wine, which made us feel so spoiled, and we didn't have to go to the supermarket to shop, thank you so much.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

Extremely nice and clean apartment in a nice area, found a nice restaurant and quickly had an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear, the car could be parked safely and we got very good tips about nice eateries nearby, thank you very much for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again.

We spent three nights at Martina’s place and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and ideal for four people, especially with two bathrooms. Since we were only two, we had a lot of room to ourselves. The kitchen is well equipped – we cooked every day and enjoyed our meals on the quiet balcony facing the inner courtyard, which is a lovely spot to relax. Communication with Martina was truly outstanding – she was responsive, helpful, and shared many great tips that we highly recommend. There’s a supermarket just around the corner and countless bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. A bus also stops right in front of the building. The apartment is perfectly located between the old and new parts of Bergamo, making it a great base to explore the city. One small note: the bedrooms face the street, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be helpful.

Claudia was an excellent host& I am a regular airman air customer. Claudia was extremely helpful he helped me us with our luggage which we have been traveling for 11 weeks . He even found us free parking in the center of the city. He was so kind& his place was spotless & there was plenty of room for myself & husband. If I could I’d give it a 10 ! Claudia & his wife made our trip perfect . I am planning on going back I ‘d definitely use the lighthouse. Everything stores, cafes, major attractions were very easy to get too!

We loved staying in Erika’s apartment. We immediately felt like home. The flat is exactly as in the photos, and the view to Lake Garda is incredible! Even better than in the pictures. We took our cat with us and she enjoyed looking out the many windows. One of the best places we ever stayed in! It’s definitely worth booking here.

Diana’s place was better than perfect. Absolutely pristine and full of character. Fully equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, supermarket right beside and easy walk into Desenzano. Great bikes included and it’s a lovely cycle into Sirmione. The pool at the complex is huge and we had it almost to ourselves most days. Diana and husband are incredible hosts who treated us like royalty. A complete masterclass in how to run an Airbnb.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a great stay, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear, but the GPS didn't work, the road was very narrow and paved, and it was really not easy to drive on the slope. Beautiful apartment with lake view, pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be calculated and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
