Right by the seaside town of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house that used to belong to the estate of Knuthenborg. Here you can relax with your family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest where wild boar lives. The house, built in 1776, exudes old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern facilities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Slap af i denne simple, unikke og rolige bolig. Her kan du bo med en dejlig badestrand lige ved huset og nyde ferien på den lukkede træterrasse, hvor der er sol og læ. Om morgenen kan man gå en tur på diget til købmanden og hente lækkert brød. Huset er oprindeligt fra 1974, men er ombygget og renoveret i 2021-23 og vi har forsøgt at modernisere, men samtidig bevare et originalt udtryk. Vi holder selv af det enkle sommerhusliv og har indrettet huset derefter. Der er Wifi og TV, ikke sengelinned.

Udendørs kan frokosten nydes på terrassen, og i haven er der plads til spil og leg.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a walk in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland wall and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - Draget. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.

Newly renovated cottage 80 meters from the water

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish cottage with high ceilings, 8-10 sleeping places, huge terrace and garden - all in the first row to the Baltic Sea, which is just behind the dike in the backyard. The house is on a double corner plot with fields as a neighbor. Sleeping space number 4 in the photos is an outdoor annex and can only be used in the summer as it is not heated.
