Holiday rentals with breakfast in Loiri Porto San Paolo

Marzia est une hôte très accueillante sachant mettre à l’aise, comme la majorité des Italiens 😊👌. Elle est extrêmement réactive lorsque nous posons des questions. Marzia est force de proposition sur les activités lorsque nous l’interrogeons. Elle est au top !!! 👍🏼 La maison est très sympathique, situé à 20 minutes des plages. Il est possible de faire ses courses à pieds, profitez des nombreux bar et restaurants. Le lits est confortable, la salle de bain est très propre et fonctionnelle….le petit déjeuner nous a fait toute la semaine 🤗!!! Allez y les yeux fermés. 😉

The house is located around 5mins walk to the beach. The beach itself is very private with no lifeguards so at your own risk and not very shallow after few meters but still lots of children are swimming in it and quite safe with little to no waves. The house is an older style of house which reminds me of my grandparent’s house. It is clean and well maintained. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Very clear instructions on how to get there and what to do and not to do. Nice kitchen with basic equipments so preferably buy some groceries and you will be self-sufficient in the house for days. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable though. But overall, a great experience to go off the grid!

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

Maison très mignonne et hôte disponible et agréable !! Douche extérieure très appréciée des enfants au retour de plage ! Proximité de la plage et des sites touristiques, parfait !!!

delightful accommodation, integrating a modern sensibility and an old style stone building so both elements are present and contribute to the ambience. the host provided nice welcoming touches, good recommendations and was very responsive. I will note that this is not a place for those with problems balancing or climbing stairs, since the stair steps are high and the stones well worn. highly recommended for everyone else.

Elia was a dream host. I've stayed in 50+ Airbnbs over the years and she is easily one of the top 2-3 most hospitable that my wife and I have encountered. From beach to food recommendations, making sure we were comfortable at all times was so nice - especially since it was our first time travelling outside the UK with our 8 month old son. Sozza is such a quaint little village I was even able to watch the Champions League final with some of Elia's friends at the local bar - what a great experience! Sozza is well located near beach towns, but also near the Barbagia region, so makes a great home base for day trips. Couldn't recommend Elia's beautiful family home enough -- with original painted murals on the outside as the icing on the cake.

Agréable séjour

Premiers locataires dans cette charmante maison neuve rien à redire sur la qualité du logement et de l’accueil. La literie est confortable et la maison décorée avec soin on s’y sent très bien ! À 10min de Bonifacio. Top ! Je recommande sans hésiter

L'appartement de Patrizia est impeccable, le ménage et les petites attentions proposées sont pas loins de ce que vous trouverez à l'hôtel. Rarement vu aussi complet après 10 ans de Airbnb. L'appartement est suffisament spacieux, une décoration personnalisée, une petite terrasse et très bien placée pour se trouver rapidement avec la voiture dans les beaux espaces de la Maddalena. Communication fluide avec Patrizia , excellent rapport qualité / prix, je ne peux que recommander !

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

Siamo stati solo una notte, ci siamo sentiti subito di casa!! Ottima accoglienza e flessibilità negli orari di ingresso e di uscita!! La colazione ti mette le ali ai piedi❤️ Casa super pulita e curata nei dettagli.. Che dire .. ci torneremo presto!!

La villa Smeralda est un très bel endroit pour séjourner proche des plages (les plus proches sont à une vingtaine de minutes) et d'Olbia (15 minutes). L'appartement était très agréable avec terrasse, barbecue, clim... tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est un plus pour se rafraichir pendant les heures chaude ou le soir. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable. Antonio est sympa et très arrangeant.

Il monolocale si trova in una posizione ottima, a meno di 10 minuti da Olbia e 15/20 da San Teodoro. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti, bar, market e tutto quello che necessita per la vacanza. L’appartamento, anche se piccolo, è nuovo e molto pulito. Bagno non troppo comodo a causa delle piccole dimensioni ma la doccia è abbastanza grande anche per 2. L’host è molto cordiale e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Perfect communication, a super clean room and very close to the center of Palau. Valerio is the kindest host who will happily share all his favorite hotspots with you and make sure your needs are met.

This place is just gorgeous at a perfect location. Close to restaurants, the port with it's beatuful scenery even a smal market is just across the streat. I would gladly get back there next time I'm in Porto Rotondo.

5 stelle non bastano.. posizione fantastica, vista stratosferica e host super disponibile e gentile!

We had a lovely stay at Betty’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and offered a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the city centre, with many restaurants nearby. Betty was very welcoming and friendly. We’d definitely love to come back and stay again!

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter da und sie haben uns behandelt als ob wir zur Familie gehören. Jederzeit waren die Gastgeber für uns da und haben uns „unsere Wünsche“ erfüllt :) es war sehr schön und würden jederzeit die selbe Unterkunft wieder nehmen 😊

Das B&B hat jegliche Erwartungen übertroffen! Es liegt total malerisch in einem kleinen authentischen Ort mit bestem Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sauber, sondern rein und wir konnten uns einfach nur wohlfühlen. Das Badezimmer war modern und wirklich clean, die Bettwäsche frisch. Sandra ist so hilfsbereit gewesen, hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns einige Tipps gegeben. Da wir am nächsten Morgen früh auschecken mussten, konnten wir das Frühstück leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Sandra wollte uns aber nicht hungrig zum Flughafen fahren lassen, sodass sie uns am Abend kurzerhand ein großes Frühstück to go zubereitet hat, dass wir uns morgens aus dem Kühlschrank mitnehmen konnten. So sweet!! 🥰

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Grundstück mit Haus und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein so schöner Ort. Elena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Urlaub war einfach perfetto. Danke liebe Elena 🤍 Grüße Sandra & Andreas

Notre séjour chez Antonio a été fantastique ! Parfaitement située la maison était d’une propreté irréprochable et bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Antonio a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour nous assurer un séjour confortable. Nous pouvions utiliser l’espace terrasse pour faire nos sandwiches et même casser la croûte. Il a été très réactif pour remplacer le flexible de douche qui fuyait. Petit déjeuner copieux et même j’avais droit à un deuxième café ! Merci Antonio pour votre extrême gentillesse et bienveillance ! Hautement recommandé !!!

Lovely host! Antonella was very responsive and extremely sweet. Felt right at home and the hot tub was really nice. One of the best hosts I have had. It was my bday so she even left some desert for me which was a very sweet thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend this place and Sardinia is beautiful ❤️

We had a fabulous stay here! About 5 minutes walk to the central high street in Olbia, though far enough way for complete peace and quiet at night. Also very close to the main bus stops to get around the city and the coaches if you’re headed further afield. Such good value! Yoghurts, juice, butter, bread, coffee etc all provided and included in the cost. And a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sun with your food. Comfy bed in a light airy room with a great bathroom and shower. Our hosts were super helpful and let us drop our bags early. They had great local restaurant recommendations too. We got stuck with a cancelled bus and they were quick to send us local taxi numbers (huge help as lots of people ended up pretty stranded) I would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Beautiful property. Very private. We loved the cute little dog that would roam the property grounds, he even slept out side of our room a couple nights.
