Holiday rentals with a balcony in Loir-et-Cher

Listing matches photos. Check-in is self check-in and the instructions provided are clear. The apartment is very well decorated and bright. It is located on the 1st floor in a small building. There are 6 parking spaces reserved for residents and which is located right in front of the building in a kind of small courtyard. During our stay (August) we have always managed to find a place. Otherwise there is free public parking 200 meters from the building. You can walk to the city center of Amboise, the Château d 'Amboise, the Clos Lucé or the Domaine de Gaillard (between 10 and 15 min walk) which is very pleasant. There is a Carrefour Market within walking distance (15 min). Negatives: cleaning was not done in the details (presence of a lot of "sheep" under the beds) / attention, the hot water tank is set for 3 hot showers/ day. There is a handling to have more hot water but we couldn't.

We had a very good stay on the occasion of the new year. The apartment is in a very good location, many amenities are available to simplify the stay. The bathrooms and bedding were impeccable. The instructions are very clear for accessing the home. All for a great stay in Tours!

Loved our stay. The apartment is bright, well-equipped and the terrace offers a real perspective in a quiet place. We were there with our 3-year-old daughter who enjoyed the adapted furniture and the games on site. The proximity to the park is a real plus, and the neighborhood with its beautiful houses make it an ideal place for a family.

Very well-stocked apartment, it has everything you need and even more in one quiet residence. Excellent quality bed, comfortable living room and also with space for smart working. The balcony is a small plus when the sun comes out and you have a nice view of the royal castle of Amboise. For those coming by car: there are only 3 or 4 places in front of the residence and the nearest parking lot is 300 meters away and there is a climb when you arrive from the center. Highly recommended for an average-long stay!!!

Very clean, well-maintained and as described. The host is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, close to everything you need. I recommend it without hesitating!
