Gîte du Moulin à Eau (Watermill Lodge)

90 m2 gîte equipped with FIBRE, quiet and spacious in the outbuildings of a mill. Heart of the village, close to shops. BLOIS 10 min, close to the Châteaux de la Loire, the Zoo de BEAUVAL (30 min), on the edge of the forest, Loire by bike, fishing... On request is available free of 2 kayaks and 4 adult bikes + baby carrier. If necessary, high chair and folding baby bed. Courtyard + enclosed garden, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
