Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

The beautiful, comfortable 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the multi-dwelling unit with elevator. The apartment consists of the bright living room with the balcony, the small homey kitchen in the hallway and the bathroom. In the living room you will find a comfortable double bed, handy desk which could be used as a work space, a cozy sofa and TV with “smart” option where you can connect to Netflix / Amazon prime / YouTube etc. The apartment is well suited for 2 guests.

Pretty apartment with parking in the yard

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.
