Very nice house in the countryside, recently transformed, quiet, easy to access. A car is necessary to visit the region, several sites and beaches are easily accessible. The house was extremely clean, well arranged, and comfortable. The indoor games, foosball and heated indoor pool are very enjoyable! Finally, a big thank you for the quality of the welcome and the delicious far breton!

We had a great family stay in this beautiful and large friendly house! The house is located in the city center with parking spaces right in front. Perfect for reaching all shops on foot. The house is large, beautiful space, beautiful garden, beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a great time with the family! The pool was very popular because it was heated! The setting is quiet and warm. Yoann and his friend are very friendly. We were greeted by Cathy at the entrance of the accommodation. We'll be back without hesitation. It's the perfect place to enjoy with family, in a beautiful environment. We recommend visiting the auction: the museum and the tour are worth it. We learn a lot of things! The Guilvinec market is huge with a lot of choice!

Excellent stay in this beautiful house with perfect amenities and impeccably clean. We loved the location which allowed us to start many walking tours to beautiful scenery. 2 beaches nearby. Walking town center with bakery and supermarket. Extremely responsive and accommodating host ( especially for our arrival). Thank you Lucile for a very successful family stay. We had a great stay in Etienne's beautiful family home. The sea view is incredible with beautiful colors that change as the weather changes, and the house is very pleasant to live in. Etienne was an absolutely lovely host, very proactive, who gave us fabulous recommendations for walks, restaurants and local shops. We'll be happy to go back.

We first had a good welcome from Guy and Catherine with some small treats. We discovered a Well-equipped house in a very quiet and peaceful environment. We have been able to make many discoveries while hiking. The nearest seaside is 20 minutes away. A bakery, a very useful convenience store nearby. 👍

we were 2 families with 4 children. The house is a real haven of peace, the garden is superb with plenty of activities for children, the terrace is flowery and smells like the countryside. The house is very comfortable, spacious, pleasant, and all very well located to attack Cap Sizun. We had a lovely stay.

Accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, consistent with the photos and the listing. Ideal location for going for a walk on the beaches, in Locronan or in Douarnenez. The icing on the cake: Christine and Michel are very nice, we met them when we left... we had to cut it short because we had to go home😉

The house lacked nothing, everything you need on a holiday was available. She even provided toys from her grandchildren for our son, and they were exactly the toys designed for his age. Simply a house in a little heaven in a beautiful area. It was absolutely perfect, the charm of the countryside next to the sea. Everything has been thought out for a great stay. A super beautiful exterior, with a private, intimate garden and at the same time the common garden where the children of the other houses meet to play. Absolutely beautiful house in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house was immaculate and the hosts were so friendly. Lots of kitchen equipment . Audierne is a very quaint French Seaside town , very quiet and wonderful beaches for our dog. Only one thing to look out for was the Midges they were everywhere at night. So pack your insect repellant.

A very nice stay at Jean's. The house is in a great location, which allows you to leave the car and enjoy the place (we loved Tudy Island, perfect disconnection). The house matches the photos and description. Beware of stairs for small children as they are quite steep. I recommend it without hesitating!

We were welcomed by Anne upon arrival. it is a lovely cottage, roomy, cosy and very well furnished. The garden has both sunny and shaded area. The area is very quiet, and nice sunsets are a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 7, we had the pleasant surprise of finding an impeccably clean and very well-equipped cottage, even in consumables, which is rare and in addition a small homemade gift was waiting for us on arrival. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful environment. The place is peaceful and only steps from the ocean. There are many things to see around, including the pretty village of Locronan character, not to be missed. Our host was always available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

We spent a wonderful week in Ty Caprice. Eric and Sandrine greeted us and showed us everything in the house. We immediately felt at home. The view of the sea from the terrace and living room is beautiful. Many hikes are possible from the house, but you should definitely bring good shoes. A very successful holiday, which we would repeat at any time.
