Apartment holiday rentals in Locarno District

We were very comfortable at Sheila‘s place. It is spacious, quiet and very clean. We appreciated the big, comfortable bed and the outdoor space. We discovered beautiful walks and a great grotto to eat nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay!

We have been there for the second time and can still recommend the studio without reservation! Til next time :)

We felt completely comfortable in Adriano's apartment! Everything was clean, lovingly and practically furnished – nothing was missing (even spices, oil, etc. were there). The parking lot directly at the house and fast WiFi were super convenient, the latter especially for my son😉. The location was ideal too. In 20 minutes we were in Locarno and Ascona by bike (and swimming in the beautiful Lago Maggiore). The apartment was also easily accessible by bus or train (I arrived earlier). Adriano was always available, responded quickly, had tips for the area, and was a very friendly and attentive host overall (we had a successful surprise in the fridge with sparkling wine and cheese👌). We'd love to come back and can highly recommend the apartment!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house is truly amazing - from overall concept to the finishings and decorations everything is designed with great attention to the detail. Aldo and Renza are super friendly and helpful. Given the beautiful pictures, nice location and the mention of Gaggenau kitchen appliances, I went there with high expectations. To my positive surprise the house and experience still surpassed my high expectations! I have to come back someday in the future…

We had a great stay! The accommodation is centrally located with beautiful lake views. The property has everything you need. Communication with the landlady was very good and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

In short: pick-up at the train station, 3 minutes' walk to the apartment, a bottle of wine and homemade jam on the table - what more could you want. Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is ideally located for train travelers. Close to the train station and the bus stop, close to the small shop and close to the lake with the beautiful beach and the beach bar. And it has everything you need in the kitchen. You can also sleep well.

Had a great stay at Ching-Yuan’s place in Minusio. Extremely well-organized and gives attention to all details, everything was exactly as described and kept in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Very nice and quietly located apartment with parking and small 'terrace'. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. The cool toys for the kids are worth mentioning :) Also decorated with love. Excursion tips are available. The hostess always responded very quickly and also introduced herself personally. Ascona lake promenade within walking distance. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Quiet, lakefront apartment with amazing views. A lot is available in the kitchen to cook for yourself. 2 hearty balconies with seating. 3 restaurant within walking distance with fine kitchen. Ship jetty and bus stop within walking distance.

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Michael communicates quickly and is open to additional questions or concerns. Thank you, dear Michael, for the wonderful stay.

Everything worked very smoothly, from booking to check-in, during the stay and after check-out. Cindy welcomed us kindly, showed us the accommodation and explained everything. We also received recommendations for excursions in the area from Cindy. Cindy was always available to us. We liked the apartment very much, it is lovingly furnished and decorated and very clean. We felt very comfortable! The car could be parked next to the accommodation. Cugnasco was a great location for us, as many excursion destinations were easily accessible from here.

A fantastic Airbnb! I especially appreciated all the children’s toys… this meant we had extra sleep because the children woke up and straight away played! Very well equipped kitchen, lovely shower and coffee from the coffee machine on the balcony with my book was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable too. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. I would like to stay here again ☺️

Lovely apartment, exactly as described and wonderful views over the lake. Ralph was really easy to communicate with and was overall a very smooth experience.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

We were in the apartment over the weekend of the driveway. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation, but with the many messages, everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

The neighbors were a bit noisy and the hallway light came on with an automatic sensor. The neighbor in front would get upset if I turned on the hallway light. But in general, I am very happy with the stay. Mrs. Miranda is very attentive and friendly.
