The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquillity. Raffinato e curato appartamento direttamente sul lago. Ideale per due persone. L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio pubblico. Compreso nel prezzo. Indicare nr. di targa prima dell’arrivo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.

Frida, Do-Minus sailboat

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.
