Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme-Seen area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (Forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, boat & fishing tours, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The highway connection (A10 / A 12) is about 10 minutes away.

Come visit us near Leipzig, and experience this charming and exclusive holiday home on a size of 160m². You don't have to do without usual luxury with us. The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.

The magnificent cottage with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt right at the gates of Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house captivates with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. The lake can be reached on foot in about 500 m. On the property there is free parking, a fire pit and a private playground.

An idyllic & quiet farm awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with views of nature. Between the Dübener Heide Nature Park & Muldestausee you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & plenty of peace. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn.

Finally relax, chill, swim or exercise, such as Cycling, inliners, hiking or water sports, anything possible. Then we have something for you, an entire holiday home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is situated in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
