We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

No Pets. Underfloor heating. There is an open plan double bed sleeping area with T.v & living area with table & chairs. Bed linen is provided, it has private bathroom but No Washroom Towels.The kitchen has a sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee & sugar supplied with Uht milk pods

The Ffarm Flat is a delightful private self catering apartment at the rear of the Ffarm with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area and a separate en-suite double bedroom it provides an ideal base for a couple wishing a little independence. Situated just 5 miles inland from the sea it is well placed for those wishing to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia.

The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.
