Cabin holiday rentals in Llŷn Peninsula

Decided to give a "glamping" cabin a whirl, would normally stay in a dog friendly hotel/cottage. Very compact, though enough space for what we wanted (with a dog) for a weekend getaway. Comfy sofa, twin gas hob (no oven, though did have air fryer), small fridge and a smart TV which was very useful for connecting your Netflix/Now TV account or whatever. Hot tub was secluded behind some bushes which was nice as gave privacy from anyone walking past (not many people did) and a few steps from front door. No 'real view', hanging clothes space/only a couple of coat hooks would be our minor comment, other than that, lovely cabin and great location. Parking for one car next to cabin so nice and easy to get to / from car. Safe, easy 5 - 10 min stroll to beach, (Black Rock Sands), which is fantastic and a nice pub/restaurant along the road (Black Rock Beach Club).

Sheila and Stuart were wonderful hosts, extremely responsive and gave us some great recommendations of local shops and places to visit. We adored our stay - it was super clean, had excellent facilities located in a beautiful area and the hot tub was a particular highlight!

We wanted a solitary break where we could kick back, self cater and do what we pleased while immersed in nature and beautiful surroundings . That’s exactly what we got. The pod was cozy, secluded and our only neighbours were the sheep and lambs. Perfect!

This was our second visit to Clara's place, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered – if not better! What made this stay even more special was Clara’s kindness – she went out of her way to prepare a lovely surprise for my daughter’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to us.

Lovely place with an amazing view. Amanda is very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and enough wood for the weekend for the hot tub! Thank you x

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. We have had the best time at Ffion’s, me and my husband loved it and so did our 2 little boys. Ffion & Llifon were super friendly and helpful, even indulging us and taking us to explore the farm! The pod was spotless and had everything we needed. The bunk beds were a great hit. It’s also an amazing spot with unreal views and perfectly positioned to explore the area around. We will definitely be back 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. We had a lovely family mini break here with 2 children & our dog. The lodge is perfectly located near to all the Haven activities but also in a nice quiet spot with the veranda benefitting from the afternoon sun. We ate at the onsite restaurants bar breakfast at the lodge but the kitchen appeared to have enough should you prefer to cook. The lodge was deceptively spacious & the shower was more powerful than expected! On site there’s loads to do & despite it being the busy Easter holidays we were able to book into everything we wanted. The beach is stunning! The wifi & phone signal isn’t great so we booked activities via the hut rather than the app. It was nice to have a digital detox & spend time as a family! I’d highly recommend this lodge to other families, especially with a dog. It was perfect.

Lovely location, surrounded by trees. Walks from the door both out to quieter rural setting and across the Bridge into Barmouth. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped. Bethan couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, with loads of suggestions of things to do and places to go. You felt she was really concerned that you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The highland cow cabin was everything I wanted for my short trip away. The property matched the description and with Richard’s directions was easy to find. Peaceful surroundings but so much to do in the local area, some great recommendations from Richard made our stay amazing!

We had a lovely stay. There was tea, coffee, milk and sugar on arrival and everything was beautifully clean. We were given recommendations on where to go and what to do. The horses in the garden were a massive bonus. Beautiful caravan in a beautiful space. Thank you for having us.

The pod was in a beautiful location. surrounded by fields and wonderful views of Holyhead mountain. It was a perfect location for visiting South stack Lighthouse. The space inside the pod had been very well utilized as it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the whole pod was warm and cosy. It was a brilliant stay. Thank you Jemma and Richard.

The space is airy, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed to bring the outdoors in. We were welcomed by two lovely cats who made the experience feel instantly like home. The surroundings are serene and the atmosphere is deeply calming — a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect. One of those rare places you don’t want to leave. Highly recommended!

The cabin was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and well equipped with a great outdoor area that felt really private. Georgina was always very helpful and quick to respond. The location was excellent - within easy driving distance to so many beautiful places - we spent 4 nights here and it certainly wasn’t enough! We hope to come back again soon!

What a special place! Pictures do not do this gorgeous cabin justice at all. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, we couldn’t stop looking at the view of the sea! The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need for such a relaxing stay. Helen was very responsive and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the local area. We will definitely be back!

Me and my partner had a beautiful two night stay, scenery was beautiful with the lake and walking down to the cabin it’s all very private. Communication was great, would recommend this place for a scenic relaxing stay!

A nice quiet spot with a stunning view. Richard was very helpful on arrival and they were only a message away was help Needed. The lovely garden and pond attracts a great array of birds. Plenty of Red Kites and Buzzards gliding around the valley with occasional visits from military aircraft performing training.

Beautiful place to stay. The address takes you to a different location when put on maps but I rang Sara and she was very helpful. The lodge is stunning. Privacy is respected. Good location as in a beautiful area but only 20 mins drive from sea side resorts. Would defiantly return

A truly beautiful, immaculately presented lodge with everything you could need! Private, cosy and super quiet. Ffion was really helpful and very responsive. We met her dad on one of the days, and he was also very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them. The lodge itself is spotless. The weather wasn't the greatest to us during our stay, but we did manage to sit outside on the patio area for 45 minutes and enjoy a cup of coffee, admiring the mountains in the background. Would definitely stay again.
