Small house in French Cerdanya -Llo

A small house with a lot of charm and tranquility in the town of LLo, a rustic and quiet village in the French Cerdanya. Townhouse in the center of the village, with sun all day. It is composed of living- kitchen-dining room, a room, a bathroom and an enclosed porch. Living area 30m2 (not including porch of about 6m2). It has ample terrace with views and small garden down stairs with sun.làrium and barbecue. To access the house, there is a right of passage through the neighboring house.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

Font-Romeu: cozy 25 m² apartment on the ground floor

A moins de 10 mn du centre-ville de Font-Romeu, charmant petit appartement de 25 m2 en rez-de-jardin. Cosy et douillet, il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous vivons dans la maison au-dessus mais l'appartement dispose d'une entrée indépendante et d'un jardin privatif. L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour plus de 2 personnes, les réservations faites avec jeune enfant ou bébé en plus seront annulées.

Beautiful apartment at the bottom of the cottage

Nice apartment at the bottom of a chalet with an area of 60 m², located in Saillagouse, near shops, ski resorts (Puigmal, Cambre d 'Aze, Font-Romeu...) and 5 min drive to Llo baths. Ideal for 2 to 4 people (1 double bed + 2 single beds) Linens not provided (sheets, bath towels, hand towels) and cleaning is to be done by the guest at the end of the stay.

Small semi-detached house renovated in spring 2021. It is located on the heights of Llo, a mountain village with its thermal baths, its via ferrata, and its many hiking trails... Stunning views of the Cerdan Plateau! Access to the property is via two staircases. The chimney that let out smoke has been replaced with a brand new wood-burning stove.
