Woodland hideaway with outdoor kitchen and firepit

Samuel JamesRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Thank you Charlotte and Barney for an unforgettable stay! Thoroughly enjoyed our time with you, just wish we had longer! The Hideaway was so beautifully done, very comfortable and every need catered for! We loved cooking over the fire pit, relaxing in the hammock, and generally feeling able to unwind and totally enjoy the peaceful setting you have. Our dog absolutely loved the enclosed setting and all the exploring he could do, as well as walking down to the river spot where he could do a spot of swimming! Thank you for letting us feed the lambs, they are so adorable, and was an absolute highlight! Charlotte and Barney are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble, great advice on the local area and things to do. Thank you so much, we will be back!

180° Sea Views-3 Minute Drive to Town.

VictoriaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison

Tranquility

MelanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our trip comprised of 4 adults and 2 reactive dogs. We loved how we could walk a few yards to get to a bridle path to let them off the lead, or if we wanted to we could walk a bit further to the field where the trees are planted. This was a great place to be able to let them out and have a good run around and not meet anyone. The house was easy to get to once we found our bearings. If you miss the turn off.... reverse and go back otherwise you end going up a farm track that has no passing point! The house was very comfortable, spacious and warm. We went to lake vrymy, waterfalls, chirk, Whittington Castle, llangollen, pontysciliate aquaduct. All were within about 40 minute drive. This house is in farm country so don't expect pavements, but you can walk on the verges and there's minimal traffic. I think I counted seeing a total of 5 cars in the 4 days we were there. There are no shops or pubs in easy walking distance but within easy reach by car.

We had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect place for dogs to run free and have fun, and the horses were beautiful and well cared for. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway !

Stayed at Tipyn Bach to attend the national downhill series at Rhyd-y-felin. Great location for Revolution bike park too which is a short ride away. Would definitely recommend to the mtb community.

Amazing sea/mountain view-beach 10 minute walk

CarolineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the most wonderful week in Karen’s cosy bungalow with our 3 year old daughter Willow. It was truly stunning. The views of the beach, the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. We saw an amazing sunset from the garden six out of our seven nights there. The bungalow was spotless and we received a lovely welcome hamper and some delicious cheese on our arrival. The bed linen was so soft. Karen is such a lovely host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the bungalow and answered questions straight away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Karen’s bungalow and I cannot recommend it highly enough. She even came to say hello just before we went home. We have already booked for the sane week next year.
