These are the kinds of cases where the home is a true reflection of the host’s great attention to detail, professionalism, and good care. Walter is a great host. He is always responsive and is on top of any issues that may come up. The house is across from the ocean by one street. The access to the beach is just a short stroll. The beach facing the house is wide. At the low tide, you have 400 feet of expansive beach leading to the calm ocean. The fishermen’s pier is only half of a mile walk on the beach; there you will get fresh catch of the day. There are also several small restaurants at the pier where you will get a beer for a dollar, a ceviche for two dollars and a set meal with meat/fish, rice, soup and a small salad for 3.75/4.00 dollars. At the beach, if it is clear, you can watch both sunrise and sunset (the latter is over beach and a small hill). I had a wonderful time at playa Uverito.
