Parking is done on the grounds and if you want to work for a while there is a functional workspace with wifi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

We hire out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue and sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and a loft with 4 beds. 3 min to the beach and 8 min to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Golf course within walking distance and tennis court as well. Kayaks and bicycles are available for rent nearby. Rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space. For bed linen and towels and cleaning there is an extra fee!

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
