A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Only 25 minutes to Copenhagen and Malmö airport and 20 minutes into Malmö City. If you are down for Falsterbo Horse Show it takes only 10 minutes by car there. In the vicinity of the cottage you will find lovely restaurants with lake views that are very popular.
