Easy to find. Really good lockated for people walking the coast path. Super easy checkin and checkout. Clean and comfortable room. Would book it always again.

This was a lovely place to stay. Fabulous location with an amazing view, parking right outside and easy to walk to the beach, harbour and shops. Everything we needed for a wonderful holiday.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. What a find, was looking for somewhere to stay while attending a wedding and this apartment is amazing. After a long journey from Cambs, we found this lovely place has everything you need, great host, free parking, restaurants within a few minutes, cafe below you…yet a feeling of privacy within the apartment. We felt totally at home here, such a clean, tidy, comfortable and homely place, great neighbours and locals who are also very welcoming. We would recommend The Unicorn pub and Blue Bar for food and drink and friendliness, and for the morning the Beach Cafe below the apartments, great quality good value food. The beach is literally below you along with amazing walks, we experienced picture-postcard sunsets each night, couldn’t have asked for more. Mike the host is very professional and helpful, responding quickly to our questions and giving advice like a true local of the place! 10/10 on everything we experienced. Go see for yourself!

We had a fabulous week. We were very lucky with the weather. The coastal views are staggering. We loved the constant changing colours of the landscape and sea. The SW Coast path was yards from the apartment, and the walk into Coverack easily manageable by road and path. Lovely rocky beach/cove in front of the building. Instructions for getting there were perfect, local team good at resolving a question we had. Even though it is remote and there were very few people around in February, we felt very safe and secure with the door code and keys. In the apartment, the lounge was a lovely relaxing area, good TV and internet coverage. Quite spacious with wide hallway, good sized bedroom and lounge kitchen diner. More than enough space for two. The balconies were excellent, it was warm enough to open a door and stand outside for a short while. The apartment was wonderfully warm, so cosy with 50mph winds on one evening. Thank you for the milk and biscuits. Hope to return one day.

Great apartment with a lovely outdoor balcony. The bedroom was big enough for a small sofa to sit and watch TV. Great kitchen with loads of knives and cooking equipment. Big fridge freezer which we filled from nearby Asda superstore and smaller coop local. Very close to beach where all the locals go to sit and BBQ and walk their dogs. The beach was clean and water shallow for a long way out so felt very safe. Happy to recommend and would stay again.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. it was private and tranquil yet close to town. In one direction it was a walk to the bus & train station and in the other direction a stroll to Penlee Park, Morab Gardens and the Lido & promenade. Perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable.

After a long journey from Wiltshire, it was great to unpack, open some wine and unwind at Little Penolver. It is a lovely little self contained dwelling and you instantly feel welcome. Great little extras like the Cornish cream tea ready and waiting for us (jam first people!), dog treats, extra blankets, milk in the fridge, etc just added to the positive experience. Additionally, there was plenty of useful local information provided in the welcome pack. We’ll definitely be back (hopefully not when the place is being battered by a massive storm! 😜) and we’d highly recommend Jo and Matt’s AirBNB accommodation. As the locals say: “ Proper job!”. 👍🏻

Chloe and Mark were very responsive and helpful with all our queries. They even cleaned the apartment 3days into our stay. My daughters loved the beach equipment they had provided. All in all, a pleasure.

With a stunning location and lots of beautiful places to explore close by it was perfect for us. The village was a lovely walk and had everything we needed. The cafe next door, run by Joanna and her team had the most incredible afternoon cream teas. Breakfast food was also good. We also ate at The Old Inn a beautiful pub in the village, again amazing food and excellent service. We even had a locally cooked Curry take away from the village. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Would like to give more than 5⭐️ We had the most amazing time at Huers Rock . Val & Peter really are the best hosts , so welcoming & kind . The accommodation is fantastic, very well equipped & spotlessly clean . The views from every window are spectacular & the ever changing sunsets are stunning . We hope to return soon .

The property was as described - clean, compact and cosy. We had read some reviews complaining about size of the property but it was sufficient for our family of four. Owners have made clever use of space and provided all amenities as described. It is in beautiful part of Cornwall and very close to the Lizard point and Mullion cove (~10 minutes drive). The estate on which it is built is very quiet but a welcome change from typically noisy resorts if that’s what you are after. Lack of distractions meant we were able to spend quality time together as a family after daily excursions. Looking at the weather forecast, owners had left a hand written card suggesting local “things to do on a rainy day”, but the weather turned out to be much better so we didn’t really need to explore any of the indoor options. But it was a really nice gesture along with packet of biscuits, Easter eggs, apple juice and a bottle of milk. We made some great memories at the property.

We spent three unforgettable nights at the Carbis Bay apartment in Cornwall, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking sea views visible from several rooms—a true coastal paradise. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. We particularly loved the spacious bathrooms—one of them even featured a luxurious jacuzzi, which made our mornings and evenings feel exceptionally indulgent. The kitchen was a standout: large, well-equipped, and perfect for preparing meals or simply enjoying coffee while gazing at the sea. It made the space feel like a home away from home. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the serene decor to the superb furnishings.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Beautiful views and conveniently located to visit many of the stunning surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment , very modern and very clean and very well furnished. Amazing views from both balconies. The estate has wonderful grounds. We enjoyed the pool , sauna , spa , pool tables and table tennis. Fabulous restaurant called the Cove at the entrance to the estate . Food was amazing , staff there were wonderful . The beach opposite the estate was lovely. We would definitely return to Mel's place again . Thank you Mel for the lovely cream tea awaiting us on our arrival . We can highly recommend Mel's place . All in all a wonderful week .

Absolutely beautiful apartment and location. Furniture and decoration wonderful. All instructions and recommendations were brilliant. Great base for travelling around Cornwall and going back to in the evenings. Stunning view and wonderfully clean public areas. The balcony was quite dirty ( not just the fault of the seagulls) and the outdoor furniture tired. Overall we loved it and were sad to leave today. We didn’t need to contact the host at all.
